Smile New 2006 Catalog in Excel

Here's a helpful tool for you to create Recipes, lists for scrapbook classes, ect... As easy as copy & paste. Attached is a copy of a multipage (21 in all)spreadsheet I have created in the 'Excel' format of the 'New' 2006-2007 Stampin' Up Catalog.

Most are self explanitory, some I need to give a little info about. Each item is listed with Title, Order #, Price, Page #, & #of (set of, quantity...).

I've presorted the stamp sets in alphabetical order, You can sort anyway you prefer.

BB-Bold Brights, EE-Eart Elements,...are sorted 2 ways. At the top of each page it's sorted in catagories..Classic, Refills, Craft, Card Stock...I f you scroll down to approx. row 125-130 all items are sorted in by color.

I've even include the Mini Catalogs starting with Summer 2005 & finishing with Summer 2006.

I hope this is helpful to you

thank you sooo much for doing this. Now I can finally be organized and order 1 of each if I need to without ordering mutiplies. I tend to hoard my stuff, and not realize that I have already purchased the sames stamps, paper, or ink pads twice.

Thanks for all your hard work, to make our life easier. I can't imagine how long it must have taken. I have already put it on my desktop. Now I can see at a glance everything I have, but most of all everything I DON"T have. No more doubles or triples.

Love your list, would like to download it but I'm doing something wrong!!
I right click, save target as.. (to my computer).. but when I go to 'view' the document it only has one page! I've tried selecting the first and last items on the spreadsheet.. highlighting everything.. maybe I need to create pages in excel and then copy? I bet that's it.. anyone else having trauma?

Default Improved 2006 Catalog in Excel

Hello again,
I've improved the spreadsheet with formulas. When you download this spreadsheet you'll notice in the K column a bunch of numbers. These are used in the formulas & need to remain as they are.

You'll need to change only 1 cell per page, K4, to change the tax rate that that you use. I've used 7.975% which is what the tax rate is in Fresno,CA.
(1.07975). Clovis, CA is 8.275% (1.08275). If your tax rate is 6% then enter 1.06 in cell K4. Once you have the correct tax rate installed on one page, right click on the corrected K4, copy, change to the next page & paste. you will have to change K4 on ALL of the pages.

If you have a problem changing the tax rate just email me at [email protected] & I try to help you as much as I can.

Wow----you did a great job. It is so nice to have this done. I am going to print it out and put it in a note book to track what I have and what I need. I think I will put it in those plastic sleeves so that I can us a marker on it to mark what I need to order and then be able to erase it when I've ordered it.

Thank you.

I'm in the middle of translating the beautiful piece of work to Canadiana, and I ran into a question: Are the albums anywhere in this spreadsheet and I'm just blind and missing them? Or are they missing? I just don't want to go putting them in if I'm just blind...

Also, I think I noticed that some of the Jumbo Wheels are priced as regular wheels in the US one.

Here's another one I may be missing: Tattoo Kits? I figured I'd write this stuff here to help remind myself as well to add them in later.
