My paper of choice with Copics is Cryogen white (www.cutcardstock.com) it has a lovely shimmer and the markers blend beautifully. You can also use Neenah Classic Crest Solar white and Beckett Expressions Radiance white. There are others on the market but these are the ones I like the best. You do not use glossy with Copics, they will streak.
I have also used these three brands with great results. GinaK has Pure Luxury in Pure White that is wonderful. It doesn't bleed and is perfect for cards that have no layers.
I found this chart somewhere but I can't remember where now. If anyone knows please post it. Anyway this one has smaller boxes but all of the colors (except the W's-those seem to be missing) are on one page.
Thank you so much for this color chart! I have printed if off and will be filling it in! This will be so handy!

You are my hero! I had the older chart...the one you find at the Copic website...but LOVED this one so much I printed it out onto Georgia Pacific CS and took a note to make a booklet like a previous post. Check it out!
I'm thinking of maybe adding a pocket on the last page so I can slip in stamped images for when I go to the in-laws...
Sandy,
What printer do you have that takes heavy cs?
Thanks
I have an older Canon S600, they don't make them anymore:( But you can just print it on regular paper, than take it to a print shop like Kinkos with the card stock you want to print it on and they will do it for you. Have them use a laser printer and the ink won't feather at all.
Just wanted to post a little update on the pens. They just came out with replacement nibs which they didn't have at the time of my original post. Waiting for the rest of my Copics to come and then I'm going to have some fun and play!!
I had never seen them in the local craft stores or on the sites who sell his pens so I assumed there weren't any available. His video never mentined they were available, and the site I bought them from said finally here. From all of that I thought ther were new.
Does anyone know of a website where I can print the complete color chart with the new colors added? I am looking for one with the colours already filled in - so I know which colours I am still wanting to collect . I already have one that I can fill in myself. I have one from before the new colors came out but can't remember where I got it.
I tried the Copics website, but when I try to download the pdf file, it does not print, it goes to a blog website.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Sandy, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I have been looking for a chart JUST like this. All I could find were ones with just the numbers and I wanted the name too! I was dreading having to type it all out myself but now I don't have to! Thank you tons for this!

I noticed that this thread was started way back in 2007! Wow! Anyway, as such, the grid didn't include the 12 new 2009 colors so I added to the end of the list, I hope you don't mind Sandy.
I don't have a way to create a PDF so hopefully someone else can do that. Anyway, hope that helps someone!

I made this chart for my Copic Sketch Markers. All 322 colors are listed with a blank box for you to color in. I printed the chart onto my Curious Cryogen White paper, (use only one side, the ink bleeds through to the back). Then I colored in all the boxes so I have a perfect color chart showing me the ACTUAL color of each marker. I have found that colors change based on what paper you are using. I put them into protective sleeves and hooked them together with a ring. I just hang them up until I need them. I am blessed to have a printer that accepts heavy card stock but I would think you could take it to a print shop and have them do it for you as well.
Enjoy Sandy H
Like the one gail mentioned it tells you which colors are available in Copic, Sketch, Ciao, and Wide.
Plus I can print it on one page... I print it on the cardstock that I am using for my coloring, and keep it close at hand when coloring.
HTH someone.

Here's a chart that I created for Ciao Copics. You can color in the little squares in the corner of each color so that you know what colors you already own. Hope it's helpful
I think the chart posted by Sandy is perfect. I can't seem to open or find it with all of the newer colors. Does anyone have a copy? It would be greatly appreciated! TIA

thanks for the chart I am just getting into copic markers. I have to drive 2+ jours to get to a store that sells them so I have given up & getting some online
Bought all my Copics on line. I have 2 Michaels, AC Moore, and Joann's and nobody carries them. You CAN get them on Joann's.com but they don't give you the copic color numbers if you buy them individually and it's impossible to buy them that way. I'm in Suffolk County NY - lots of craft stores but still have to buy most of my products on line.
Thank you for making a chart I can read. I have very poor eyesight, and finally a chart I can see and make sense of. I love my copics, and how many of us have gone out shopping without our handy charts wondering if we have a certain colour. I once smoked and now with the money I have saved I buy a few new copic pens a month much better for my heath don't you think and something to look forward to. Maybe an insentive for dieting if you reach taking off a couple of pounds. Anyways thanks once again.
Thank you to those who have done the lists for the markers, but I had to do my own due to below, so for anyone like me, here is a simple all in one, (but no colours in it) oops. no printing codes either, but did save those ones for when needed to modify to use for myself.
Being dyslexic, I go by the codes in order which is good, or the names in order (which puts them all out of whack.)
The ones from the ciao list I put in italics so that the list is still one, but with both options. Easier the better for me. It can be cut down the middle to put into a set up like shown on here earlier which was awesome or put in page savers and in a binder
Since I am nowhere that they are reasonable to purchase, don't have a check list only, but being excel, if you use it, can make one out of the lists in a couple of pages.
If anyone is like me and needs a simple set up for older eyes you are welcome to it.

Reason: oops
I am glad you like it. The chart probably needs some editing, please feel free to make any changes you wish. I have not added the 12 new colors yet either.

I purchased the copic markers when they first came out, I must have missed the memo that they re-adjusted the color groups so my markers all have the old numbers on them. I want to get refills for them but don't know how the old colors match up to the new colors. Does anyone know where I can find this information? for example EB2 was in the flesh tone group.

Thank you for your help.
Are you sure you are not talking about Spectrum Noir markers? I don't know that Copic has ever changed it's labeling. I have had mine for 5 years. But there is an EB2 in the Spectrum Noir set.
