I just checked in for the challenge and read your news, Karen. I certainly understand how life gets in the way of fun. We all have really appreciated your efforts every week to come up with some wonderful inspirations. Thanks so much for your efforts. Now you can sit back and relax (yeah, right!) or at least not worry about having to post a challenge each week.

What a wonderful IC piece!!! And, Karen, so sad to see you leave -- take care -- you've done a wonderful job!!! And I know Stephanie will continue to do a great job as well -- she has such wonderful ideas all the time!!!
Even though I have only had time to play along once, I have always made sometime in the week to look at the inspiration piece and all the great ideas.

I am so sad that you are leaving! You come up with the most sensational inspirations to challenge us! This is my favorite challenge of the week! I understand that life can be so busy that we have to give up our fun things. It happens to me all of the time. I hope God blesses you this year so that you will again be able to join us in the inspiration challenge! Thank you for finding a replacement before you left. Very thoughtful of you. Karen, you will truly be missed. Think my description for the following card pretty much sums up how this one came about...
I chose the brilliant red and the creams as my inspiration today. I need to make more Valentines. Use one of my photo and computer printed the sentiment. TFS BE_Puppy Love by ButterflyEars at Splitcoaststampers
The pillow is the first thing I saw for this challenge. I had to do something with what I saw.
I would never put these colors together under any other circumstances, but I guess they worked for the linen designer, so they probably work for this card! Friendship Tree
Hi Karen: When I first started to do this challenge, I didn't like it much - but, I hung in there and as I learned to climb out of my box and take the challenge, I grew and grew from your wonderful inspiration pieces. You have helped me on a journey and I will be forever grateful for that! You have been a marvelous hostess to what quickly became one of my favorite challenges! You go, Girl - do what ya have to, but don't forget to join us here! Stef, I know you will do an awesome job as well!!!
