Hi guys. Just popping to let you know I'm alive-lol. To be honest, I haven't been on Splitcoast in ages (I know, horrifying, isnt it? lol) I get so many samples & info directly in my inbox these days, or I go on Stampin Connection.
I do have a suggestion for next year- we should make a facebook page for the gathering- I for one would have definitely been more in touch since I check into FB several times a day. I would be willing to set it up & keep it updated. Just something to keep in mind.

OK Ladies all the final totals have been posted. We did have a couple last minute signups which was great. The swap totals are as follows:
SU Only - TEN (10)
NVR - NINE (9)
SPECIAL OCCASION - TEN (10)
MASCULINE - TWELVE (12)
FANCY FOLDS - SEVEN (7)
SPRING/SUMMER - TWELVE (12)
Remember for the SHOEBOX to make FOUR (4) Completed Cards. And you will need SIXTEEN (16) for everyone else to be able to do the project.
Thanks to everyone of you for helping to make our first gathering a success!!

Gotta tell ya.. I'm still in jammies.I met a short goal,, 5 days straight.. that doesn't include lauras stamp club.. i had to shower and change for that, but i still wore jammies... just not ready to get back to work
Ah yes, you can tell the people that still have little ones at home and those that work with them at school. I love my boys dearly but can't wait til tomarrow.
Hi all, my 20 shoeboxes kits are done and samples made, guess I was just on a roll. Now on to the swaps. Amherest gathering is April 30th if anyone is interested, it is half full already.

Heads up ladies, I know of 4 people doing clever closures for their shoebox cards. Don't know what a clever closure is... it is... a card that closes in a different way than normal and one of them I'm really looking forward to because I've never seen it done and I'm everywhere. The southern tier gals are gonna miss a great gathering. Celeste, If you want me to do an extra shoe box to help out, let me know.

I should have time. Been keeping busy inbetween baby naps. I have had my grandbaby all this week. I think I'm more sore from bending over more from her than work. hehehe

I have got to agree with you, Wendy. Design is the hardest part. I've got some sewing to do first, then on to the swaps, etc.

Just a little bragging... I don't have a life, so i have lots of extra time... can't ya tell? I either stamp or I eat,, I pick stamp... once I start eating I can't stop. No pressure, really,,

yep.i did 3 shoe boxes for our event... and got one done for april spring fest,too. my swaps are done for stampinalongthe lake and i have one done for spring fest...i'm working on a new idea for spring fest for su only...
wow 30 sign ups ofr ohio..good for you... I haven't been to that one in about 8 years... i'd love to go... but not in budget this year...

Hi Becky, this is Laura (on my mom, Helen's user, lol). Just I have to say, some of the "other" classes being taught didn't seem up to par, I was kind of surprised, actually. Your class samples looked awesome, though, wish I could go.
SU only, NVR, Masculine, Spring/Summer, Special Occasion swaps done. Shoebox and fancy folds designed. Gift idea in head/parts purchased. Salad ideas swimming....anything in particular desired? Busy sewing buttons on Drum Corps uniforms tonight, CIP class tomorrow after work. Looks like Friday will be a day of completing swaps, shoebox and gift making! See everyone Saturday.
