We will be having shoebox swaps this year again. We got alot of feedback last year and decided to change it up a little to make things alot easier to handle..
This year, instead of going crazy trying to finish all the swaps, and to prevent the risk of missing lunch.. we decided to allocate ONE spot per a PERSON per a day...
On Saturday we will focus on doing full card shoeboxes. Everyone is entitled to join one spot.
On Sunday, we will focus on doing 3d and scrapbook page shoeboxes. Again, you are allowed one spot, either a 3d group or scrapbook page group (12x12).
Sign up for shoebox swaps are available till April 24th.
Depending on how many are interested in doing shoebox swaps, we may be able to add another spot/person for those interested. We will have to determine that after April 26th.
Because you are doing only one spot each day, you will not be able to swap with everyone. We recommend you make a few extra kits so you can swap with those people not in your group.
We will be spliting everyone in groups at a later date. We are thinking groups of 5-6 depending on the final count.
WE WILL BE DOING SHOEBOXES DURING VARIOUS TIMES OF THE DAY. THE SHOEBOXES WILL START AT 10AM... PLEASE ENSURE YOU CAN BE AT THE EVENT BY 10AM EACH DAY BEFORE YOU SIGN UP
Attached is a file with Shoebox swapping information.

There will also be a Secret Stamper Swap - this swap is a one to one swap: This is a $20 gift swap, and will be swapped out randomly to participants on the weekend.
This year, we're going to do a theme so everyone will have an idea on what to make..
theme: GIRLS NIGHT OUT...
before you ladies go wild on ideas, please refrain from giving g-strings, chipndale in a box etc lol...
We all deserve a night out, even if it means leaving the whole family behind(hehe)... please work your theme around - a night (or weekend) of pampering, crafting, coffee, games, treats, and small indulgences (ie chocolate), etc... get creative... think of what you would want to do when you "need to get out of the house"
Please have at least one item handmade, the more handmade the better. Include one handmade card so the receiever will know who you are and please wrap the gift, so nothing will be revealed.
Participants:
1. Ruth
2. Judy S
3. Carrie
4. Donna
5. Kristy
6. Robyn
7. Jean
8. Char

If you have a stamp set that you would love to have images for or wanted to try out some folders/diecuts from the cuttlebug, let us know. We will see if the other ladies have that set/folder, and ask them to bring it to the event. Just bring some Ink and cardstock, and you can get some of those images you always wanted.
you can try requesting machines: ie: Bind-it-all, scorpal, cuttlebug, etc but we can't guarantee anything
Please be considerate, if you are going to borrow some sets, try to fulfill other's wishes as well
Please post your wish list and I'll set up a xls file for it, and attach it here
Class is optional, and will cost $5. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TOWARDS OUR CHARITY - MS SOCIETY
The fee will cover all materials required to make 2 cards (one for you to keep, one for you to give out).. all you need is adhesive.
we will leave the sentiment blank, so bring a sentiment or two that will fit your needs.
Payment can be given to me at the event, but you must sign up before April 30th so we can have time to prep
We're capping it at 20 people for now.....
