WhoooHooo! Another Ft. Meade Shoe Box Swap June 6th 10:00am-6:00pm at Ft Meade, MD. For those of you that do not have a military ID you are still able to come, you will just need to have a driver�s license or a state ID with a photo, and car info that is required by state law in order to drive onto post.
This swap will be open to 20 stampers.. There is a $10 non-refundable charge per stamper to cover the paper products, prizes etc. Please fill out the attached form and mail in your $10 fee to reserve your space by MAY
15th 2009. Everyone please bring a lunch/dinner item to share see list below and let me know what you will bring to share.
All cards are to be full cards. Please bring enough supplies for everyone to make your card including all cardstock, stamps, inks, embellishments, tools, etc. Please also bring your own basic stamping kit, which should include your adhesive and scissors to use on all the projects we make. Please make sure all of your supplies (stamps, ink pads, scissors, punches, etc.) are labeled with your name, so we all go home with the stuff we brought. We'd like each stamper to have a sample and typed instructions in their box telling how to make their card. Everyone should have their swaps in baggies or envelopes containing everything each stamper needs to do your card. This helps make the swap go smoothly.
There are no vendor restrictions on cards. However please use quality card stock like SU!
We will have a door prize drawing for all who want to participate in it, please bring something altered or stamped along with a $5 value of product. It can contain partial packages as long as the value is at least $5. Please make your swaps look pretty so whoever receives it will be surprised!
There will also be small door prizes given throughout the day with a large door prize drawing at the end of the swap.
For those of you with left over swap cards, holiday cards, card fronts, swaps please bring them I will be collecting them for the troops! There will be 3 PRIZES this time! 1st prize will be for those who bring 5-10cards, 2nd Prize for those who bring 10-30 cards, third prize 30 or more cards. These will be BIG Prizes so please bring some cards!
I will also have a silent auction for whoever would like to clean out stamping/scrapping items they no longer want. Just let me know if you will be bring items for the auction so we can have space allocated for your items.
So for a recap here is, what you should bring:
-shoebox swap for 20 stampers
-door prize drawing (if you are wanting to participate in it) an altered item and $5 value of product with it.
-any cards that you would like to donate to the Fisher House or Stamp for a Cause.
-any silent auction items you are wanting to get rid off.
-Lunch/Dinner item to share (SEE LIST BELOW)

I just wanted to let everyone know that I will be moving soon (local move)!
I will not have Net access around the end of this month maybe even the first week of April, just depends on how fast Comcast moves.
Mary (Emgee458 ) is my Co-Host so if/when I go MIA she can help you with any questions or whatever you need. She is a SBS vet so she knows the ends and outs. I will change my address on the Registration form before I move so there should be no problems there. Again THANK YOU Mary!

I got most of the cupcake stamps at Michaels. Even was thinking of using one for the swap. They are really cute.
I bought some of the cupcake stamps to tuck into my BRAK cards (I used Crazy for Cupcakes to make the cards). I might have to go back and buy some more- for me!
