Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!! Jami, Emily & Joy for all the time and so much more you put into such an awesome stamping event! How fun it was to see IRL so many faces that I've only seen before on Avatars, etc., as well as putting faces to the usernames who don't have their pictures on their Avatar (like me ;)). So many beautiful faces and amazing talent in one big room! I also got to finally meet my friend Jennifer Cook (aka Citycooks), from the Bay Area, thanks to SCSM3!
I'm already looking forward to SCSM-4, and hope to be able to meet many more of you then. Big, heartfelt thanks again to you very sweet, talented and energetic ladies that put this together for all of us!
A BIG giant thank you to Jami, Emily, and Joy to hosting another awesome day of fun! I can't believe how much the crowd grew from last year, there were so many people I didn't get to meet.
A special thanks goes out to Joy and her family for letting me stay the night at Hotel Kennedy so I could avoid the long drive home in the dark.
I had SOOOO much fun!!

Many thanks to Jami, Emily and Joy for such a fabulous time. Here is part of an email I sent my on-line group this morning regarding the event. I am the self appointed eyes & ears for our group on the West Coast:
Wow, what a great time we had at the SoCal Mania III in Long Beach yesterday. First of all, Jami, Joy & Emily did a fabulous job of organizing 70 women with shoebox projects, door prizes, 2 Make & Takes (very organized with assigned times), Name tag contest, and SUPER HUGE SWAP that they traded out for us. Wow, did the time go fast. I didn't get to go to dinner with them and I'm sure I missed out on quite a lot!! Next year we'll join them for dinner. When we checked in they gave us a decorated bag with all our info for the day. There was a name tag contest slip to vote, direction on how we were to get started, an ice breaker get to know you game, our shoebox assignment paper, a great spiral bound rooster of all who attended with addresses, screen names, birthdays, and a door prize ticket SO FLIPPING ORGANIZED! I was very impressed at how well the day went. There were all kinds of little contests and prizes and I was impressed with the quality of the door prizes. If you wanted a door prize you brought one. It had to be an item with a $3-$5 value. Oh my gosh, my girlfriend Charlotte won a Z Becky Brown Purse, let me say that again a Z BECKY BROWN PURSE!!!!!
My only regret is that we didn't go to the dinner!!! Definitely next year. We are still talking about all the fun. Thanks ladies and all your many volunteers. Rose in El Segundo
Greetings All: Made it back to the bay area safe and sound. Had lots of totally fun, cool, awesome cards to occupy myself with...not to mention lots of ribbon to unravel from Fabric Barn, so the ride seemed extra quick. Can't thank everyone enough for all their efforts - most especially our leaders, Jami, Emily and Joy. So much stamping and crafting talent in one place! Ms. MichelleD, you're such a star - thanks for inviting me. Looking forward to going to more Mania's with you, my dear. :-)
I had the MOST wonderful time!!! Jami, Joy and Emily, you ladies are so awesome!!! I have a feeling next time you are going to need a BIGGER box for all of your RAK'S!!! You gals are so organized and I can't believe how everything ran so smoothly (like BUTTAH). I'm looking forward to #4. Everyone was so friendly and nice, it was a real pleasure to be in a room surrounded by ladies with such enthusiasm and excitement. Time slipped by WAY too fast! Are we going to have to rent out the whole restaurant next time??? I'm thinkin' yeah baby.
Also thank you Taylor for helping me with my Garage Sale items. You were very sweet and helpful.
Kudos to our Mania organizers - Emily, Joy, and Jami! All of their hard work and preparation showed in the smooth running of this mondo fabulous event. Can't wait to see all the photos!
You've just got to love the times when you laugh so much that your face hurts! Thanks everyone for such a memorable occasion.
I had such a GREAT time. Thank you Jami, Joy, and Emily. You guys are so great. Very organized. It was the best time ever. I enjoyed every minute of it.
I feel like I have a whole new group of friends. I feel so lucky to have been in that room with all of you talented girls. I have never done anything like this before. I can't wait until the next one. Sign me up!!!

Girl, you crack me up! My cheeks still hurt from all the laughing that you made me do. I am so glad that I go to go to dinner Friday. It was great to meet you too mamakimberly. I wish I could have spent more time with you.;) Everyone was and is so nice. I can't stop talking about it. My daughters love all the swap cards that I got too. They really are impressed with everyones work.
Thanks again for the good time. I really hope to see you again.

I am so there next year. I have been thinking about it since I got home. We got home last night around 10:00pm. The drive went fast because we were talking the whole way home. I wanted to tell you LA girls that I LOVE LOVE LOVE LA. We didn't really do any sight seeing but from what I did see. I loved it. Just the "feeling" of being in LA was special. You have a great city. If you ever make it up to Sacto. Don't hesitate to call. Thanks again to everyone. I had a BLAST!!!

Wow! I just checked out the pictures from SCSM3 and are they lots of fun to look at.
Hey Emily, I'm jealous! You got to stamp with more people than me, you got your pic taken with more people than me, and you even made it In 'n Out! You get around. Next time I'm hanging with you!
There are tons of snapshots of the fun up in our gallery now - if you have more you want to add please do! Check back soon for scans of the projects as well. Joy has them scanned and will get them added as she can.
One of the shoebox swaps came with printed color instructions for a card cased from Sharon Burkert on SCS. I would like to case it as well but want to know if I have to ask Sharon first. I found her on SCS but she is not allowing any emails.....so I don't know what to do. Any ideas?
