Fee: $32 including dinner if paid by 12/31 (this is the early bird special) $37 including dinner if paid 1/1 - 2/15 $42 including dinner if paid 2/16 - 3/8 (and if we still have spots available)

UPDATE 3/23/06 Registration is CLOSED, however we have had a few cancellations. We are unable to issue refunds, but if anyone wants to purchase those cancelled tickets we can arrange that for you up until Wenesday March 29th only.

* Snacks * Garage Sale � you may bring your (retired only) SU items for sale or trade * Card swap � optional � you must indicate when you register if you will participate

You need to bring:
* Your name tag - with both your name and your SCS Screen ID on it. We'll have a contest for best name tag.
* A shoebox project for people 10 to do (+extra supplies for mess-ups ). Plus 2 finished samples of the project - 1 to leave with the box and 1 for the display board. The display board samples will be sent to one of the Cards for The Troops programs. Everyone will rotate around and get to do 10 different shoebox projects. Projects can be cards, small gifts, or party favors. The project should be something that can be completed in 10 minutes or less. The project must use Stampin' Up supplies (with the exception of any embellishment not sold by SU). Current stamp sets preferred if possible. Please let us know if you have any questions about this. Make sure your name is on everything!!!
* A scrubber and stampin� mist (if you have it) with your name on it.
* Stamped Item for a raffle door prize (limit one per person please) - this should be valued at $3-$5. Think of stamped gift items (notebook and pen, coaster, candle, etc. or cello with topper filled with embellishments, etc.) Door prize should have your name in or on it somewhere so winner knows who brought it. Prize does not need to be wrapped...unless it is in cello or something so it is visible.
We will provide you with a bag for your completed projects. Please bring a piece of ribbon or fiber to tie to your bag handle to help you easily identify your bag.

This location is close to 405 Freeway, 605 Freeway, 91 Freeway just depending on where you are coming from. E-mail Jami if you need help with directions. It is very close to the Long Beach Airport Marriott if any of you want to make a really special weekend of it.

For those of you who have attended past SoCal StampManias, the location is the same, but this time we�ve rented the HUGE Fellowship Hall downstairs so we can easily accommodate A LOT more people!!! This is so exciting!!!
Please be certain Joy has you on her StampMania e-mail list for updates. If you are already on the list you will receive an e-mail from her sometime 11-22-05. If you have not received an e-mail by tomorrow 11-23 then please e-mail her and ask to be added to the list!!!! This is about 10 minutes from the church and right off the 605 freeway. We will have a private banquet room with an all you can eat buffet which will include: green salad, pasta salad, ravioli, lasagna, mostaccioli, meatballs, rigatoni pizza, garlic bread, soda, tea, coffee, cheese cake, chocolate mousse cake. Beer, wine and cappuccino will be available on a cash basis.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum of 65 people for dinner. You must pay the registration fee to be on the list. First come first serve - so don't wait to register!!!!!
Please note that this is an ADULT ONLY event (with the exception of nursing infants). Thank you.
REQUEST:
Joy and Emily and I will not be participating in the shoebox projects or the swaps due to our responsibities the day of StampMania. We are totally fine with this and very much enjoy running the event. The only bummer thing is that at the end of the day we won't have any of the awesome cards to take home with us. So here's our request for anyone who would like to help us out. If you would like to make extra samples of your shoebox project ahead of time and/or your swap card for us we will have 3 RAK baskets at the event (one for each of us). This is totally voluntary and in no way required. I guarantee all cards received will be greatly appreciated by all 3 of us!!!!! Thank you!!!

Details on the Optional Swap:
We have had a lot of questions on this. Here's the info. 50 people signed up for the optional swap so Joy broke the swappers into 2 groups of 25. The swap is for FULL CARDS using SU supplies (preferably current). Your swap cards will be given to Joy when you arrive and she will swap them out for you. Please bring a large ziploc baggie with your name on it. If you want to bring extras to swap with people from the other group post a message to the thread and Joy will note on her list.
Here's the updated registration form reflecting the cost of dinner. Please let me know if any of you have problems opening it.
Ladies, if you'd like to paypal me and e-mail the registration to me, my paypal address is joyarevalo at gmail dot com. The only thing is that I don't accept credit card payments through this account. Please let me know if you have any questions.
**Note: The question asking if you would like to participate in the swap is asking if you would like to participate in the swap OUTSIDE of the regular shoebox swap we will be doing. These are swaps that are premade. I will give you final total by mid March so you know how many to make.
Just wanted to say for those of you reading this and thinking it might be fun, but you're a little nervous about it...JUST SIGN UP AND COME!!! I promise you will have fun and you won't be sorry!

Just to let everyone know - the prices on Joy's form right now do not include dinner. I will try to get that booked this weekend and then we will give you the price for that. I'm hoping to get a nearby Italian place that has a banquet room and serves an all you can eat yummy buffet just for the people in th eprivate room. It will probably be between $15-20 including tax and gratuity.
Ooh man. . .. . .y'all make it sooo tempting! But I think my family would string me up!!!!! Memphis in Jan, Milwaulkee in Feb, Cruise (thanks Beate!) in March. . . and convention in July. . . I gotta think! But I would so love to see Joy and Jami and Emily and Pro again!!! And meet more scsers. . .
