New Updates:
I contacted the College again, and the RV lot has power. It is first come, first serve, and parking passes are purchased for $15 plus GST.
Meals can be purchased without a ticket, but you will miss out on a cost savings, and the line up will be faster. Plus they are encouraging us to purchase tickets as it helps the cafeteria plan.
Check in time is after 2pm and check out is 11am
Now to go and change post #1.
And have I told you I am already planning my swaps?

So do you have groups of swaps and things like EE and CC or is it one swap and then we just bring whatever we want to work on while we're there? I could just add one more swap idea to the pile I'm doing now and I'll be ahead of the game!! :lol:

Don't leave it too long to sign up. I would think that after EE II next weekend, this event will be filled by then.

Well it sounds like all you guys are up to some amazing plans again! Sadly I won't be able to make EE, but not a bad exchange as we will be in New York or I would be there!!!
Robyn, mark me down for Olds, I will be there with bells on. Donelda can you put me down for all the meal tickets except the Saturday breakfast one.
I am bringing up my husband for the night, it will give him an excuse to ride his motorcycle.
Can we also rent a room for the Friday night as well so we are ready to go Saturday morning?

You can rent a room for Friday night as well, but either DH and you have to share a single bed, or you need two rooms. Being that DH is a such a tall strapping man, I am thinking you might need two rooms.
Whaaat?! No buckies?!!!!! Perhaps there's one on Campus that doesn't show on the Starbucks website 'cos it's so new?!!! Is there a microwave? P could get a bulk order and nuke them diuring the day to keep her going!! :lol:

Or pack one in her suitcase -- stop in Red Deer on the way through -- pour into a large plastic container -- use and nuke as needed. Might just work.

Hello ladies - just a reminder that you don't have to find a room mate to book into the townhouse. If you don't have someone you want to share with, you can just call anyway and they will match everyone up.
And no worries about snoring - we each have our own bedroom.
Robin- I sent my cheque in the mail today, along with a little something for you. I do hope you get it before you come to EE2 as you will NEED to use your goodie before the weekend

Hi ladies.... I can bring a coffee maker and starbuck beans for us... It's pretty close to the real thing.... I have the real syrup for those of you who like the skinny cinnamon dolcue latte's. Just a suggestions......we can make tea too...
so according to my trusty google.. there isnt a starbucks in olds
the closest on is a 41 min drive to red deer, or 41 min drive to airdrie... boooooooo
Why don't you just bring a coffee maker and a good ole bag of Starbucks coffee -- it may not be a latte but at least it will be the right coffee :-) just a suggestion
Okay Gayle, I have put you into the meal sign up. You only said meals for you and didn't mention hubby so I didn't sign him up. If you need me to change it, Please PM me.

Looks like the threads are shutting down as almost everyone is heading to EE. Well, some are already there. I'm still at home. Pouting. Feeling sorry for myself........
Just think, we get to do it all over again in July!
Can I get my name in "red" too?
Lots of chatting on the way home about swaps, 3D, scrapbook pages, goodie bags, raffle baskets, taking classes at Western Educational, ..... yadda, yadda, yadda -- get the picture.
