Ginny, to my knowledge, this event for 2011 will be held on October 15 in Rochester. The details will probably be posted sometime at the beginning of September. If you stay subscribed to this thread, it will probably give you a link to the information at that time. Hope you can join us!

I just want to thank my secret sister, Deb Mitchell, for the amazing 'reveal' gift I received. Amazing craftmanship on the tray. I will use it with great pleasure. The chocolates weren't shabby either.....I will dig into them later this week....the next two days are semi fasting days for me, due to all the over eating on the weekend! Thanks again.

I am assuming the Christmas Penguin I received today is a gift from my SS. Thank you so much. It sure did bring forward some memories for me.
This was quite a shock at first. I looked at the return address and got quite a chill. My Grandparents lived on that street almost their whole lives after coming to this Country. After they passed away the house was left to my Uncle & his woman friend. She lived upstairs & he lived downstairs. Well she was a HUGE collector of Penguins!!! Talk about a freaky coincidence!!!

My sister, niece and 2 friends have been working on it for months and I'm sure they have completely out done themselves!! How are things with you?

Laurie, Glad you are doing good, it is hard to tell when everyone lives so far away and the winter, I tend to hibernate. If I remember right, you are having a healthy baby boy? I can't believe it is only 6 weeks away from your due date - time flies. Need any help with anything, just hollar. Rochester is only 45 minuets away.

Hey secret sister, thank you very very much, I just got a wonderful package in the mail for my birthday... coming from SC????? there was stamps green buttons, ribbon, beads, there were brad flowers, homemade stick pins that are just beautiful. There was extra large brads, decorative pins and a whole lot of decorative accents that I can use on scrapbook pages of my granddaughter. There was even a roll of double stick tape which I'm using tonight to start some swaps after the dishes. Thank you soooo much for remembering my birthday.
