Thank you Dana for the good idea of letting me know what your recipe swap is gonna be. This way we won't get duplicates and if you are still undecided the list may help with what recipe you would like to share. If you would like to PM me or let me know on the thread that is fine and I will update your recipe next to your name. I am really glad to hear you like the idea of the crock pot recipes. I think this is going to fun. I know I am really excited about it!!

Why can't every day be a crafty day?
I am making a crock pot recipe. So as not to have us all make the same crock pot recipe I suggested to Cheryl that we let her know what recipe we are making. So we didn't end up with 10 Crock pot Chili recipes with just a couple of different ingredients. So I mentioned that sharing what we are going to make will get some different recipes ideas. Just a thought.....
OMG!!! My card is the one featured on the front page of the gallery for the Creative Crew. Cool beans
PS now I wish I was in the recipe swap, sounds delish!
Swap counts aren't finalized yet, so LMK if you want to be added. That goes for anyone and any of the swaps but make sure you notify *me* rather than just post here. Thanks.

Nice work, Diane.
need to get my new computer and printer communicating, plus the printer was having issues in Sept, so I'll pass for now...maybe I'll win the doorprize pack ;)
I think all swap numbers are now final although a couple of the swap hostesses still have some updates to make. You can see those FINAL COUNTS in Post #1.
However, if you don't see your name on a swap where it should be (or the reverse and you're listed where you shouldn't be), LMK right away so we can make needed adjustments.
[I know that Cheryl will be adding three names to the recipe swap -- Nancy, Elaine & Carla -- after she is done having other fun this weekend.]
Remember that, if you wish to gift your swap(s) to me and Jean, you should add two more to your counts. Thank you.
Now that swaps are settled, I will be looking at food items. It's possible that I will be in touch with some of you to request switches because of duplication in some areas (mass duplication in a few instances). I will be doing that within the next few days so if you don't hear from me before the end of this week, you are good to go with your original plan. (If you've forgotten what your original plan was, please check with me because it can really botch things up if you bring/don't bring something expected.)
With 33 participants, there will be three tables of eight and one table with nine. Since seating is random, we don't know which table will have nine until the day of the event. So, you will need to make a total of 17* packets for your shoebox swap. Please remember to "kit" your projects.
Plus, you will need the four completed shoeboxes, including instructions on how to make it for your AM/PM tables. Yes, you will make two tables-worth of cards.
*How did I get this number? Figure that you may be at one table of 9 and one table of 8 which equals 17. This count does include one for you so you can skip that if you must, but it never hurts to have extra packets for just in case. Don't forget that you will also want extras of the "important" pieces, too, in the event of oops!
I have great news! I was able to add a 34th stamper so we will have tables with equal numbers. You will have one table with 9 and the other with 8. That is until someone drops out at the last minute, so please don't do that!!!
So, the number you were given in Post #95 is still the same -- 17 kits plus 4 completed projects.
I worked on my recipe swap last night and I thought I was done with them. But, this morning I looked at them again and they were missing something.....
21 tiny purple flowers with even tinier yellow centers later I am happy with them once more. What a difference such a small addition can make!
Ladies: I have heard from someone who would like to make a late registration*. If we can pair her up so that the tables will come out even (will require only one additional card kit on your part), we can make this happen.
If we can't find another person, the interested stamper will stay on the sidelines and step in if anyone has to cancel at the last minute (but not on the last day).
Can we help her out??? LMK either here, by PM, email or phone call. Thanks.
*No changes to swaps will be required; only the addition to the shoebox.
I am starting to make headway on the food list and have started sending messages. But, I'm kind of needing to go one at a time since I don't want to be asking for switches and then have everyone offer to make the same change. Hope this makes sense.

Linda - Just so I'm understanding correctly... Does this mean you need only one more kit in my shoebox project? If so, I can certainly put another kit in.
Pam
Not just yet, Pam. It will depend on whether or not we add two more people. Hoping we will so if you want to make up a kit for just in case, I'm thinking that at the very least there might be others who'll have extra kits to swap.
The real question is: Can we find another person who would like to join us???

OK, got it. I usually make a few extras, just in case. Thanks.
Table sizes will stand as they were previously announced, i.e., we are not looking for a +1. We are closed, closed, closed. (This is why I don't usually extend the date once it has passed -- cause it gets too crazy.)
