Does anyone have any charity that might like to have cards/card fronts? If not, we will collect and send to Joanne V (jmventrilla) to support hospice in memory of her sister.
Cards can all go to Joanne. I think we did a good job of giving Joanne a bunch of cards yesterday and I'm sure she will be pleased to get more.
I am UP, though very tired, and the first load of laundry is washing, the cat has been fed, and I am about to have breakfast. If I can keep upright for a few hours I can get Tuesday's mini swaps ready and continue on to Saturday's swaps.

I was up until 2am .. hanging with DS, talking about mom etc. He was shocked to see how she has deteriorated so quickly. Nice to have the grandkids at the house. Lots of cooking, cleaning and laundry so far. We're all on our way to see mom now. Sadly no stamping for me until they leave.

Shoebox ready to go (it's the one my daughter prepped for last week so I hope you all like it), 3-D's drying, demo quality done, tags half done, gift almost finished. Need to decide on recipe and ATC. I think I'm ahead of the game!
Marie, if you're out there, I need an address to arrive at early Saturday morning so I can ride with you and Becky. PM me please!?!?
This morning I did finish my first NVR. Tonight I did die cutting for my ATCs. The next few days I have a ton of die cutting and assembling. I am so tired so I'm going to chill now with Zekey and watch The Voice that I recorded and then go to bed early. Oh, dear! I need to think up a shoebox project, too!
I will be bringing over 100 SU set {retired} on Saturday.
allen will be selling for only the first 2 hours.
so bundle up~ he is staying in the parking lot. he's a tad scare of "the cult"LOL
so play/shop nice.
bring cash or good checks!
Gayla, you know he can sit in the little spot off our main room. Most of the "cult" will be busy during that 2 hours so he's not likely to be too intimidated. He will, however, be much warmer.
SCHEDULE REMINDER: Here's what the day looks like in general. Please understand that adjustments will be made as needed.
9:50-10:30 Check in, get your table assignment, leave any door prize donations with me. Drop off food to kitchen.
Shoeboxes: Pin one of your completed shoebox projects to the board (make sure you pin it to the board designated for your table -- #’s 1 & 2 or #’s 3 & 4), leave a completed shoebox project in each of the two containers near board, the last completed one goes with you to your table.
Swaps: Put one each of your swaps out and check your name off the list(s) as you do that. All the final swap counts are listed on the first page. (Long stretch of tables near windows.)
Gift Swap: Place your wrapped gift swap on back table (participation optional) and be sure to get a playing card for that.
Chat with friends. Head back to your table.
10:30 Intros with your table head; she'll also let you know what to expect in terms of making the projects. Expect to describe your project, especially anything that's not obvious. Remember that some basic written directions should also be there for those who will make your project later.
10:45-12:15 Morning shoebox projects.
If you're hungry at all (morning or afternoon), please feel free to take a break and graze any time.
Please neaten up your spot before you get started with lunch. We don't want any spills on the projects and we also need room to eat lunch. Thanks.
Projects stay behind and people will switch tables after lunch. Please don't try switching before it's time although you certainly may move to have lunch with your friends. Please also don't ask to come into a new table before every person seated there has completed their projects.
12:15-1:30 Lunch, garage sale and swapping. I will be calling the swaps randomly so please don’t stray too far.
1:30-3:15 Afternoon shoebox projects
3:15-5:00 Door prizes and gift swap. Gift swap will be last so that those not participating can leave early if desired.
5:00 Clean up. So helpful!
6:30 Bull & Bear Roadhouse (East Syracuse) for dinner. You are welcome to stop at my house for the break between. We typically just sit and chat and everyone takes a breather.
It would help me to know how many plan to stay for dinner so please LMK by email, PM or responding here on the thread. Thanks.
Goodie bags will be delivered to you personally at the table where you're stamping in the morning. I plan to hand out door prize tickets then, too. Don't lose that! You will also have a chance to purchase 50/50 tickets. Proceeds go towards buying door prizes for next time and of course the winner takes home the other half.
You can see there's a lot going on at check in time so it really helps if you can arrive closer to 10 rather than much earlier. Thanks for understanding.
congrats on the tutorial Heidi, is it your second or third????
Thanks Everyone! This was my second. This one was really time-consuming because the video is sooo long.
I really wish we could stop by and do some shopping in the morning. We haven't registered for the race yet, but I think we will go and come back all in one day. It's in Liverpool, and I have to race at 9am. DH races at 12:30, which means I'm sure he will not want to wait to join you for dinner. :( Too bad the race wasn't on Sunday.

Hi Linda,
I've got a door prize ( a Stampin up stamp set) and a second shoe box (xtra from last weekend) if you'd like them. Recipes are all I have left to finish! Yay!!!!
Let's see if everyone anticipated to be with us on Saturday does attend. If that is the case (and I have no reason to expect otherwise, except stuff happens), perhaps we could have that extra at the set of tables that are two 9's vs. the set that is a 9 and a 10. T'would even things out a bit.
allen is coming w/me. I get there a tad early. I have a 2nd display board.
after going through just my piles out in the house. never getting to my stamp room. I'm over stamps at the moment~LOL.
I see a large selection at the may gathering.
just had a nice break. my niece came by w/her girls. prefect ages for this holiday. emma is 5 1/2 and cora just turned 2.
emma was a purple kitten. and cora was hello kitty.
