I had planned to set up three tables for stamping. However, I think the OSW will need a table of its own. So, Gayla, please set your project there and as people begin bumping into one another at the other 3 tables, they can move to the OSW table. I may put a M&T there as well. We’ll see how things look on Saturday morning.
Also, my plan is to ask everyone to do a very brief show & tell of their projects. Don’t be shy!
I am hoping that we can have all the food contained on the kitchen counters. With so few of us, I believe that will work.
We don’t have a custodian available this time, so I am hoping everyone will pitch in a bit with needed help. This will be especially true at the end of the day when tables and chairs will need to be put away and the floor broom cleaned. Please don’t desert me!

The shocking thing would be if I were ready. Nope, not yet.
An extra dessert would be great, Nancy. Amy will be bringing one but except for the buckeyes from Sandy and your scones, there aren’t any other sweets.
No gift swap is correct. This event is all about easy.
If you're at loose ends, you can help by putting scrap paper down for five stampers, paper trash bags (2) and 4 goodie bags on three tables. Planning that there will be 4 projects/table. Setting that 5th place will leave some sharing capability.
Fourth table also gets scrap (for 5), trash (2). This table will be primarily for Gayla's OSW, Nancy's extra M&T and one of my M&Ts.
Set up your project (remember 4/table – but one table will have 5 since we are 13). And one table is for extras.
When you take your goodie bag, I suggest you put your name on it.
Tables will need 5 chairs each.
All food to kitchen. Find a spot and we'll sort it out later.
Water will be in a cooler in main room. If it begins to get low, LMK or replenish from case in fridge. Please recycle empty water bottles in boxes near stairs where you entered.
Pick up your nametag (alpha by first name). Leave any door prizes on same table.
Leave your swap(s) on table near windows (participant lists on paper bags).
I haven't made any plans for dinner afterwards but thought you might like to know that Taste of Syracuse is happening downtown. Check it out in Clinton Square.
