Go 40! I sure hope more people sign up for the ATC's or my name will be mud. LOL. I'm sure there'll be a lot of horse-trading going on. And of course...I found this really cool 3-D project so I guess I'll have to sign up for that one too!
There is 1 week left to register and get me your payments/registration forms!!!!
Tracy, can I sign up for the 3D swap? I found this really neat idea in "Scrapbooks, Etc" magazine & feel I just HAVE to try it! Our new motto is "monkey see, monkey do" or sometimes "monkey see, monkey want". Both fit. Please let me know if you are OK with this. Thanks

Forty is kind of a joike. We (PA group) usually wait till the last minute but this time we started early by working off last year's numbers plus added a few for good measure. Last week I think Tracy said she had about 15 or so signed up for the ATC. So don't panic yet...BUT the final numbers aren't in either. You'll have a great time and we go easy on newbies.

You have LOTS of time Sherry. Don't panic now, it's WAAAY too early for that. You can panic later like the rest of us!!

My shoe box is done for 4th annual spring .... quick and easy... I'm waiting on my su order to do my SU only swap and NVR swap. Hmm i could start on the nvr swap , couldn't I.?? I have all my swaps and shoeboxes done for Stampinalong the lake. I guess I'll work on that one.
Lizz had to use her shoebox for stampinalongthelake long story... now she's
stuck for ideas......
My shoebox is done ( except for directions), my NVR card fronts are a work in progress and well on their way towards completion...so since I feel so ahead of the game I have decided I would like to do the 6x6 recipe swap also. I felt the need to add a little stress to this outing..things are going too smoothly...after all, we have almost a month to stress out yet!!
So could you please add me to the 6x6 recipe swap list? Thanks
Linda B

Come on April 2nd! We're all sitting on the edge of our seats waiting for the #'s to come out. Now, ya know girls....in our group we have a back-patter for every time someone brags & needs a pat on the back. Just ask Lou Ann about working on her ATC's! They are available at your local CVS or dept store.:p

Perhaps I should have mentioned that I am retired...thus, a bit more extra time in my life, as opposed to when I was working full time. Really didn't mean to be bragging!! Plus the longer I sit and think about my cardfronts and projects ...the more often I change my mind. I have lots of sample ideas littering my craft table....So I finally had to just jump in and do them or I would never make up my mind!!

Did I hear you say you wanted to sign up for the ATCs???? We're really trying to sell 'em....LOL. Really cute...I always say they're a woman's version of a baseball card.

Yes and the back patter works just great.!! A lot of self-gratification. But don't let someone who is either jealous or tired of listening to you do the patting...it tends to sting. Should we bring it iwth us??
nycardlady...Hey, you are one lucky lady to be retired and able to craft! Trust me, this back-patter thing is an on-going topic in our group. I think Lou Ann was asking about the ATC's. Since you are in such good shape for this outing, maybe you would want to sign up for them too! Consider it, you have just enough time to get in on it. I had eluded these until now and I have had more fun with them than anything else. Looking forward to meeting you girls on the 30th. Mary Ann

Now theres an understament... too many ideas floating around in my old scatterbrain senile shortterm memory loss brain... I'm thinking tho,, and I'll eventually find something..I need a shoebox and SU only... depending on numbers my Nvr is done.
Does it have to be current SU products only? Could we use sets from the Occasions catalog?
How many card fronts do you usually have to make?
Thanks.
Current SU products are preferred, if the mini catalog item is current, then go ahead and use it. This is mostly because Demo's like to use them as samples. Take that as a guideline ;)
Final SU cardfront swap will be around 30, I still have a couple people I am waiting to hear from.
Hey girls....where is everyone? You must all be sitting on the edge of your seats waiting for Tracy to post numbers???? I have missed all the comments & planning. My 40 ATC cards are done & packed, my Shoebox packages are done & packed, trying to tweek my recipe cards & starting on my 3-D projects. Lou Ann....where's that back-patter?
