I have to work Friday. But I get to go on Saturday and see Lisa & Bev! I might have to pay DS to tell me where he hid the candy for Saturday! He has instructions not to tell me where they are until June 9, late in the evening so I can pack them. LOL. Back to work.

Hey ladies, I am pre registered for Scrapbook Expo and so I just received this message in an email. I thought I would forward to this thread for those who are going to go this Friday or Saturday:
We highly recommend that anyone with morning Workshops come early to pick up their tickets as we are expecting long lines each day of the Show. We have increased staff and volunteers to expedite the processes of getting your tickets in a timely manner.
Who from this group is going to convention? I signed up this morning 2nd Session, Violet. Can't wait. June & July to look forward to, doesn't get any better.

As for convention, since I just became a demo in Feb. I didnt think I was elligable. Once I found out differently, I had already booked my Disney trip. Can't do two trips so close together. :( Maybe next year!!!!

I would love to; but my baby has a Dr. appt, the 13yr old HAS to find a swimming suit, and I have to do laundry and pack for Disney! Arggghhhhhh!!!! I need more hours in a day!!!

OK ladies, I surely am curious. With all of the talk about Milky Way Carmel- don't all Milky Way's have carmel in them? I was out in St Charles at Target, across from the mall, and all of the MW had carmel. I did not buy them, cause I will eat them all....... just wondering......
Have fun at the Odeum this weekend! I cannot go- have Prom this weekend- we parents work hard to make things safe for the kids- so put on a Post Prom "Safe Celebration". I am in charge of food donations- and will be in the kitchen for the party- 11PM-3 or 4 I hear (clean up too). Then I'll sleep all day Sunday...... Oh- no I will not- my DD has a soccer tourney... I will be tired, but will be singing "It's almost June, June, June". We are goin' stampin in June, June, June. My friends get to hear about glitter and evil MIL and ladies who buy stamps from Cub foods. I CANNOT WAIT!!!

Well, they are just billed as "creamy, bite-sized chocolate covered caramels." There is no candy bar type stuff to them. Just caramel and chocolate! The best part! Mmmmmm..mmmm...mmmmmm! O i think I'm gonna open this bag!!! I need something to take along to snack on the plane right??? THey don't serve meals anymore!! Cheap-skates! lol

Hey girls...Guess what? We are full!!! Susan B sent in her registration today and so I am so excited!!!
After reading all the posts on the thread today...I am now hungry for MWcaramels.........and wishing that June 10th was here........or wondering why Lana is not packing me in her suitcase.......
Expo was great. If you are going...GO EARLY....
Also, bring your own water bottle...I paid $3 for a bottle of water...
I got the quiche, crosiannt and fruit platter and it was 2.25...and quite yummy!!
I saw Kaylyn!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG!!! I was sitting on the curb outside, waiting for my DH to pick me up and I hear Bev Bev!! I look up and there is Kaylyn and Janet driving by!! How cool is that?
all I can say is that I had fun and spent way too much money...way too much $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!
Board books and any kind of "mini" scrapbook is sooooooo in. Embellishments are wild!!! Rick rack...printed twill...ribbons...
I hope to get some things done by June 10th to for show and tell.
Did I say...Go early? Really. I was there by 8:30 and I had my tickets mailed to me ....the lines were long...It got crowded really quick...

Oh my gosh~ Have fun at the prom!! Bring pictures to show us!!! I really appreciate all the hard work that parents do to make it a safe nite. My son, is a Junior but isn't going. So have an extra good time!!!
