speaking of chocolate...my hubby has been out of town on business and came home today....he was hoarding Easter chocolates in his suitcase! I found 3 milkyway carmels!!! Of course, they are g-o-n-e!

Glitter-Girl, You have no idea how close I am to you!!! I am just off of 59 and Caton Farm and DH works for Romeoville! And, to be honest (sorry gals) I'd give up my day of stampin for Jimmy Buffet ANY day! I have been to see him like 4 times (all in Philly when I lived in Pa)!!!!!! PM me and we will chat about gettin together to stamp! I'm a SAHM so finding time shouldn't be hard...getting me away from the pc is the only challenge.
Bev, I'm proud of you ignoring your dishes and such! I did the same. DD and I were out clothes shopping for our Disney trip next week!

Lana better not have eaten the last 3 in IL. I need some of those! I spent the day with my sisters packing and sorting mom's stuff. I hurt everywhere:( We must have made 40 trips up and down the stairs loading stuff into the cars. I am off to bed!

Oh are you all going to that expo that is in like Downers Grove or Lisle or something like that next weekend? I thought about going.

Well Bev, I will rest for the balance of today but I HAD to go grocery shopping earlier and guess what I found? Two (2) bags of Milky Way caramels! Of course I bought them and now I have to hide them so I don't eat them. Any good hiding place ideas and no I will not send them to your house cause I know they won't make it to June 10th for sure then! LOL. Can't wait til Saturday, where do you and Lisa want to meet up?

I thought I was supposed to save them until June? Name the meeting place & time. Bev has a class at 9:00 and Sue & I will probably gert there around 9:30 or so.

I will be there on Friday. So on Saturday, I have one class from 9 to 10. So, you just figure it out and I can be there. I do know, we will see each other just by walking around. But, let's meet for show and tell in the afternoon. Cuz if you are there on Saturday, you will want to start shopping before the crowds. Does that make sense? I usually bring water and snacks/lunch and eat it outside..or just nibble on my granola bars.
I would advise you to go as early as you can. The line will be long if you are purchasing your ticket that day.
Gotta go, I am brain foggy today...
Bring a bag to carry all your great purchases in too. I always wear a fanny pack to this cause trying to deal with a purse is a nightmare. Have you been before? This is gonna be so much fun, can't wait.

My class is a Rusty Pickle one and so I will probably run over as far as time goes. Let me know if you will be going to the R right or to the L left when you go inside. I will catch up with you. Please do not be offended if I dont' stay with a "group". At things like this, I tend to go alone.
I will look for the MW caramel trail.....
If you know anyone who is on the fence about signing up....tell them NOW is the time...I have received a pm and 3 more are in the mail...Also, my upline may be signing up...so we are closing in to the final numbers!!!!
We have 3 more coming in the mail from an email that i got!!!
And it just so happens that one of the gals (Shelley) collects cards and card fronts to make into cards and she sends them to the soldiers over seas.
So if any of you have any extras or want to make some cards for her to send overseas...just bring them and I will have a box available for collection. Isn't this great? I did it last year with my old card fronts(from retired sets) and sent them to someone on SCS. Boy this way, it will save me some money on postage for me.

I am very excited to come and this time my friends are coming with me- to meet all of the wonderful ladies I told them about last year. Only problem is my friend Lisa- she likes DARK chocolate- not the regular Milk Chocolate. I will have to buy a bag and suprise her with it.
Can I bring anything else??? I am happy to bring whatever you need., just let me know.
Thanks so much for the note about the soldier cards. I have 2 platoons I send items to regularly, I found them both on www.anysoldier.com
The platoons I send to are: Thomas Holmes (200 men and 100 women, and Ryan Zachery 80 men). They always send very nice thank you's back- I have 2 kids that are 17- I betcha that 1/2 of the kids over in Iraq that I send stuff to are about that age. So, it holds a special place in my heart!!!
