I am sure glad to know that I am not the only messy crafter. I went to word excel and put my SCS name and name -- then copy and pasted on a spreadsheet and made copies to put inside my bag/envelope. I have seen some people use sticky notes and put inside the card. Hope that helps.

When getting swaps ready do I put my name/splitcoast name on the outside of the card? Or how does it work?
At least your name on the back would be appreciated. I have a custom self-inking stamper that I use so it's quick to do but writing your first is great.
I worked on my shoebox today, have most of the die cutting done, cardbases ready, and started kitting the pieces that are ready. The rest of the cutting of a layer, die cutting, and kitting to do tomorrow. My card will be one of the ones that you do a little bit of distressing and stamping and then take home to assemble so hopefully it will be a quick stop at my spot.

When getting swaps ready do I put my name/splitcoast name on the outside of the card? Or how does it work?
LoL! I put my name and date (11/2019) on the back of everything except the Christmas cards & gift card/money holder. Then I enclose a piece of paper with those.
How's everyone doing? I got my 2 swaps done. I now have to work on my shoebox .I have to decide which stamp I want to use. Which papers do I use---decision, decisions.

Deciding on those things are always the hardest part!
I've worked on my shoebox for several days. Unfortunately I seem to be missing one of the dies to the set I'm using! I had it Sunday and then it disappeared! And the trash and recyclables were picked up Monday morning before I really did a thorough search. Today we were out and about so I didn't come up with Plan B, yet, for using something else to create what that die will cut out.

I finished and packed my shoebox project last night. I had to go with Plan B. The die has not shown up, yet, but I kind of like Plan B better and think I'm a genius for finding two punches that gave me the shapes I needed. I used a moon border punch to get a mouth shape. So...look at your punches and dies differently!

I put my name on any swaps that won't be given to anyone such as the recipe card, ATCoin, ornament. If possible, I include my name on the others some how with a paper tag.
I think I finally have my shoebox figured out and got one card put together. Now to start cutting card bases, die cutting and punching. My shoebox is named "Vintage Santa".
It's not the most creative name but I'm going with 'Lil' Christmas Tree' for the shoebox name. For the Inky Fingers gang it is NOT the card I showed you last weekend but it is still the same DSP paper. 30 kits cut and bagged up ready to go. Next to work on the Christmas Card swap.
Are you a neat stamper or not so neat stamper. I have come to the conclusion that I am a not so neat stamper. You should see my desk and my floor after working on my swaps--it is a mess.
There is nothing neat going on in my craft room at the moment. Besides the mounds of stamps, paper, ink pads, tools, embossing folders and dies I pulled out for the quest of deciding what to use and make yes there is is also scraps of paper on the floor as well as over flow of paper, stamps, tools and such.
