We made it home too...it took a little bit longer, due to traveling slower...695 and 83 we going about 45-50 mph. Then when we got to PA the roads were barely plowed....MD really does a good job with snow removal...then the snow stopped about 1/2 way to moms and everything was clear and dry!
Thanks again to everyone for the great swap all the cards were very pretty and we enjoyed the day...thanks again Cindy for everything...and really thank your husband again...I really appreciated his help getting my stuff to the car and helping to clean off the car...he also helped mom to the car that was very nice
OH!! Did anyone find an extra SU paper piercer?? I realized when I got home that it was missing from my kit.
Amanda and Stacy home safe, Jane and Sara to Laurel safe. Sara heading for Columbia and will call me when she gets there. Hugs to all and blessings for safe travels. Cindy, Fran, you are both totally amazing! Love you! What great cards.

I am so sorry I missed a fun day of stamping with you guys, I have been thinking of all of you all day and hoping everyone made it home safe. I'm glad to know you all made it home safe!
Okay, Sara home and tucked in safe also! Once again, these were some fantastic cards. You all really like to ratchet it up, don't ya? Thanks all so much. (I drove 25 miles an hour all the way..........in my little Honda!)

Sorry for the abruptness of my previous post. SCS is giving me fits tonight. I have to refresh every time I change pages at least one time. Thanks for a great day of stamping as always!
Hi Cindy - Thanks for another great swap. Your hard work is definitely appreciated! It took me an hour and 20 minutes to get to Owings Mills, but I'm here safe and sound. Lisa
We're finally home! There was an electrical emergency at church, so we ran home quickly (well, not really quickly, but ya know what I mean) to gather DH's tools and then back to church. We just got home from there and a quick bite at Subway.
Glad you guys made it home safely. Thanks again for a wonderful day of stamping, eating, and laughing. It was a very enjoyable day! Thanks for all the card ministry cards, door prizes, hostess goodies, and cleaning up. Everything is piled in the living room right now. After a late night last night and now tonight, I'm bushed. But I have to say that the plows were out in force coming home from church tonight. Didn't see many the first round, but this second round, the roads are much better. Now to see if church is on in the morning. It's gonna be a very icy Sunday. Be careful to those who venture out.
Is anyone missing their purple wreath valentines day card. I found a completed one in with my box along with my example card. If it is yours let me know and I can either bring it to Kathy's swap in Laurel, or mail it to you.
Thanks to all for another great day of cardmaking. You all inspire me with your talent, the cards were all wonderful, as usual. See you in a few weeks.

Three people haven't checked in - Debbie, Deb, and Marcia. I knew Marcia wouldn't be able to, since she was going right down the road the church is on to stay at her SIL's house for the night and couldn't get on-line. I've PM'd the other 2 to make sure they are okay.
I'm home safe and sound! The snow worked out easy for me, as I drove a mile or two to stay at my sister-in-law's for the night. (I hate driving in the snow!) We had a great time talking, and I drove home Sunday on dry roads! Thanks so much for doing the swap, Cindy - I always have such a nice time. Can't wait until the next swap in Laurel!
Marcia
Glad you made it home safely Marcia. I also heard from Debbie and she made it home after a 2 hour drive. Still waiting on Deb, but she's not a regular poster on SCS, so she might not answer my PM right away.
After the swap last weekend, I found a red MD credit union bag left over in the room where the food was. I believe someone from the swap left it there and it is not someone's from church. Please let me know if it is yours and I'll get it back to ya.
