Our next shoebox swap will be on Saturday, January 30, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., at Faith Fellowship Church, 4375 Ebenezer Road, Perry Hall, MD. No particular theme! There is room for 31 people (over 18 years of age please) to attend with each person bringing a shoebox swap for 30 people to make and something to share for lunch. There is a $10 non-refundable charge per person for hall rental and expenses which will be due to me prior to the swap. Once you sign up, I'll PM you my address to send your payment to. Everyone who signs up must have a SCS ID to make this fair for everyone attending. All cards are to be full cards. Please bring enough supplies for everyone to make your card including all cardstock, stamps, inks, embellishments, tools, etc., along with your own adhesive and scissors to use on all the projects we make. Please make sure all of your supplies are labeled with either your name or initials, so we all go home with the stuff we brought. We'd like each person to have a sample and typed instructions in their box telling how to make your card, and also have their swaps in baggies or envelopes containing everything each person needs to do your card. This really helps make the swap go more smoothly.
All cards or projects must be made using Stampin' Up stamps, cardstock, inks, etc. Stamps and colors can either be current or retired.
Please bring something to share for lunch. When you sign up for the swap, please post what you�ll bring for lunch. We do not have use of an oven, so please do not bring anything to be baked or that needs to be heated up. Crock pots are welcome. There is a refrigerator we can use. I love trying all the new dishes you bring to share.
There will be several door prizes throughout the day. And we will also be doing the card ministry drawings again, so feel free to bring your cards to donate. These can be old swap cards, card fronts, or even one of the cards you are doing for the swap. You girls truly are a blessing helping me keep the card rack stocked. I had a large basket of Christmas cards for the church, and several people really enjoyed being able to grab them there. And they really enjoyed the gift card holders some of you donated.
To sum up what you�ll need to bring � shoebox swap (no theme), something to share for lunch, and cards for the card ministry if you'd like to donate any.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one, I'll be working with the Golden Retriever Rescue at the Pet Expo in Timonium all weekend. Hope to make the next one!
I would LOVE to come, but I need to see when Dwight's surgery will be before I sign up. He goes to the specialist tomorrow (Dec 31st) and hopefully we will know more then.

Glad you can make it JoAnn! Shawna already signed up for BBQ and rolls - all BBQ is different, so feel free to still bring that, or you can bring something else. Just let me know. Either is fine with me.

Yippee!! Is my corn fritter girl free too to come?? LOL
Instead of mailing in your $10 for the church, I'll just collect money that morning in case we have some crappy winter weather like today. That way, I don't have to worry about mailing out refunds if it would get cancelled. We'll just have to pray for no snow!!!
