Ft. Meade Shoe Box Swap! July 10th, 2010 10:00am-5:00pm at Ft Meade, MD. For those of you that do not have a military ID you are still able to come, you will just need to have a driver�s license or a state ID with a photo, and car info that is required by state law in order to drive.
This swap will be open to 21 stampers. There is a $10 non-refundable charge per stamper to cover the paper products, Prizes, etc. Please fill out the attached form and mail in your $10 fee to reserve your space by July 1st 2010. No children under 18 years of age please.
All cards are to be full cards (no theme). Please bring enough supplies for everyone to make your card including all cardstock, stamps, inks, embellishments, tools, etc. Please also bring your own basic stamping kit, which should include your adhesive and scissors to use on all the projects we make. Please make sure all of your supplies (stamps, ink pads, scissors, punches, etc.) are labeled with your name, so we all go home with the stuff we brought. We'd like each stamper to have a sample and typed instructions in their box telling how to make their card. Everyone should have their swaps in baggies or envelopes containing everything each stamper needs to do your card. This helps make the swap go smoothly.
There are no vendor restrictions on cards. However please use quality card stock like SU!
Lunch will be potluck please let me know what you will be bringing. I'll list the items so we all know what's coming. :p
I will also have space set up for a silent auction for whoever would like to clean out stamping/scrapping items they no longer want. I�ve attached the form needed to sell your auction items.
So for a recap here is what you should bring:
-shoebox swap kit for 20 stampers.
-any silent auction items you are wanting to get rid off.
-Potluck lunch item to share

WAHHHHH!! I'll be working up at Barbara's that Friday and Saturday for her chicken BBQ benefit, yard sale, and stamp store sale. Sorry I'm gonna miss it. I know Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the last one. Have fun girls!

Vera, glad you are coming. Mich, leave out the crap but do bring on the crab! Jeaneen, you should come back fro vacation early....Paula is! I am so looking forward to stamping with my sweet niece! Of course, I am looking forward to stamping with all of you. OMG, I don't have my card designed, CRAP DIP Me, I need to get busy, it's almost here.........oooohhhhhhhhnnnnoooooooo! :oops:

Been trying not to think about that Cindy..............maybe Sara will make some of hers? I am not going to cry......I will try not to cry..................you and Jeaneen have GOT to get yourselves prepared for these things........I will be sad not to have you there. And, believe it or not, I will miss you more than the Mac-N-Cheese. I guess I will just eat all of it at the Laurel swap. :rolleyes:
