I wish I could attend this one in Clarksville, but I just moved to Memphis, and it's about 3 hours away. That's too far of a drive for me.. darn it. Maybe I need to get busy and set up a shoe box swap in the Memphis area .. hehehe.
I'm excited so many are already showing interest! I know it will be a great day of stamping and FUN!

I didn't mean to post this and then run off but it has been a busy weekend. Kelsey and I will be chatting about the details this week as time allows...and we will get the plans underway.
I am so EXCITED that so many are interested in attending! WE WILL HAVE SUCH AN AWESOME TIME!
I *wish* you could as well...You should definitely check into planning one yourself...if there's not one already in your area. Best wishes!

I will share some information soon about a Registration Form, the 3 W's (what, when, where= deets *grin*), and a list of what to bring to a shoebox swap.
I'm going to say now that if anyone wishes to host a Swap other than the planned Shoebox Swap that is fine with me...Please just let me know what your plans are and I would be happy to share the details or a link to the details in the first post. I will add that if more than one or two ladies attempt such a feat you will lack participation...so please keep that in mind.
I have experienced several activities that have been successful at Shoebox Swaps/Gatherings and a few not-so-successful activities...I will discuss with Kesley those activities and together we will plan what will be best for our group of gals. Plus, there will be a few questions to answer on your Registration Forms that will help make the final decisions.
Registration Forms will be created once a venue has been established. Keep in mind there will be a small fee but we will do our best to keep it as affordable as possible.
Ladies thanks so much for volunteering to help us. WE will contact you when something comes up we need help with. Believe me that may be sooner than you really want! *wink*
Hello, I am very interested in attending, but would prefer not to have my real name posted if at all possible. I will PM my name and any other info you need.

I'm wondering if we should close this at 25 or 30 people. Let me know your thoughts.

Yes, 30 would be plenty and maybe even too many. I think at the 2 previous ones, we shot for 30 but ended up with only around 25.
Tonya- your 2cents is appreciated!! I want everyone to have a great time..which I KNOW we will!

Can someone explain a SHOEBOX swap what do yah do(just need a general idea) Thanks!!
I've copied from the TN get togethers....
Each participant will bring enough supplies for everyone else to make a FULL card of their sample card. You can either put each persons supplies in a ziploc or you can just have your stuff laid out for us to use. If you use glitter on your card, bring it...dimensionals, bring them.
Also the cards need to be high quality cardstock.
It doesn't *have* to be SU! as long as it is nice! Also, feel free to use any companies stamps..SU! CTMH, Inky Antics, Bella,Papertrey Ink.
You will need to bring your supplies for you to carry to each table. Glue, scissors, stamp cleaner, etc.
**If I have left something out, please add.**

I think that no more than 30..... Some will sign up and before it gets here something will come up and they can't make it. So you may have to have a waiting list.
