Thanks for the offer Schrades! No snow....we still have a bit - but more and more grass is peeking through. Since we're ending up with a smaller group than I anticipated, it might be nice to get some volunteers to bring some food. Desserts, chips, sides. I'll still order subs from Subway or something for the main course. That will help keep the cost of the room, drinks and prizes covered.

and I was wrong about the snow. We've been in the mid-30s all week....not much is left! Not that I'm complaining, I'm not the hugest fan of snow, but I am having 50 people for a final Christmas get-together this Saturday - and the weather will make it feel more like Easter

I may be bringing a friend! hehe I gave her this website addy and told her she would love it!! Ashley is a beginning stamper and alot of fun! Poor thing was to have a party and then had to have her gallbladder removed it got way infected and was down and out for three weeks -and now she doesn't have a clue to what is going on with her party! so I invited her too!! I hopw she comes!

Just had 31 people at my house for Xmas (yes, we're STILL celebrating xmas!!) Now that that is done, I can more fully concentrate on the gathering. WHOOO HOOO 3 more weeks. I can't wait.
I'm still waiting to get some PM's back before I can get official final numbers done. I really hope to do that by tomorrow night so everyone has time to order supplies if needed.

You ladies are something else !! Here I am at work and decided to look for updates on the gathering while I'm on a conference call. What do I find but a request for airline cookies !!! Ugh !! If necessary I'll bring them - I still can't believe you want them.
Well, I'm waiting patiently for category numbers for the gathering. I was stamping all weekend and still have not come up with a design for my shoebox. But I will soon !

I'm with you on the project ideas...I keep bouncing a few different ones around, and I still can't make up my mind. It's always a struggle trying to decide if my card will be too difficult for people to make, or if it will take too long, or if it will be too simple...I just can't come up with an idea that just grabs me.
I've got this afternoon off from work (had my first mammo today--ugh! glad that's overwith...), so if I don't get stuck here on SCS, maybe I'll play around with some ideas.

Since we only have 26 cards - I don't think we need to pre-make 1/2 as initially stated. Let me know your thoughts on that. I would ask that you pre-make one for me. Since I will be spending the bulk of the day organizing swaps, doing doorprizes, etc, I don't see myself gettin' a lot of stampin' done!
