Mandatory Swap(s) (just ONE of these is mandatory) – Participating in at least one of these swaps is part of the “price” of admission so everyone must participate in a swap (plus the shoebox table project is also required). You can, however, participate in any one, some or all of these swaps.
• NVR Cardfront swap
• Recipe swap 6 X 6
• Technique swap 6 x 6
• MONOCHROMATIC FULL CARD swap
• SU only CARDFRONT Swap

***********************************************
PLEASE MAKE UP 23 KITS!!! PLUS 2 COMPLETED!
***********************************************
Mandatory Shoebox (Table) Project – Bring your idea and all the supplies (precut but not prestamped or prepunched) needed for EVERYONE to make your project the day of the event. Quality products are mandatory. There are several threads that discuss quality of swaps. Please read them if you are unsure. ALL the shoebox projects will be set out in the morning. You will proceed, in "round robin" fashion, to each of the projects and do ALL PROJECTS. YOU will move, YOUR PROJECT will not. GOOD DIRECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE POSTED ON YOUR SHOEBOX, you will not demo or be around for everyone to ask questions. When our final count is in, you will know how many kits to make. You will need to bring TWO extra completed shoebox projects (which includes a hostess thank you and one for your table so that everyone can follow it for directions). Participation in the table shoebox project is mandatory. This project will generally be a full card, with layers and embellishment(s) or a simple 3D item. Please provide any special adhesive that's needed. Make these something you’d be thrilled to get yourself. When you KNOW what your card or project is, please post a name for it here or send me a PM. We will all have a check off list the day of the event. Projects should take NO MORE THAN 10- 12 minutes to complete. If you are unsure, time someone else doing your project.
You WILL need 2 completed. One is for a sample at the table and one is for the hostess. I will try to complete all of the projects on the day of the event, but because of the hectic day may not be able to complete them all. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND ...
Food – Please indicate on the registration sheet the food item you will bring to share. Please be specific; don’t just say “food”! Ideas: breakfast items, lunch items, including salads, desserts, and snacks. Water will be provided. We love to try your food specialties! We will have coffee, IF YOU MAKE IT!! There is a refrigerator and a microwave. Crockpots are welcome too!!
“Garage Sale” – Bring your stamps and stamping supplies to sell or trade. Current Stampin’ Up! items must be offered for trade only; you can sell retired items. Sorry but we can’t be responsible for missing items so bring things at your own risk. There will be a LIMITED AMOUNT of table space for garage sale items. If you are bringing a lot to sell, you SHOULD bring your own table. There is no fee to sell/trade at this event. Please have items priced. It is annoying to have to ask.
Goodie Bags – for everyone! Everyone will leave with a bag of fabulous goodies. The goodie bags will all have the same value with some variations in colors, etc. If you would like to donate to the goodie bags, please send me a private message. We'd be happy to include a coupon or flyer as well.
Gift Swap – For now … skipping the gift swap.
PLEASE consider donating a door prize. It would be lovely if we had enough for everyone.
Other Stuff – Please bring your own labeled items for your personal stamping needs, including your favorite adhesive. These are the items you just can’t stamp without, like: bone folder, paper cutter/scorer, scissors, straight edge, stamp cleaner and whatever else you can't stamp without! Did I say adhesive????? Adhesive! You will likely need lots of it.
NAMETAGS are helpful, but not mandatory.
SHARE THIS EVENT WITH A NEWBIE OR FRIEND. ALL ARE WELCOME.
Complete the registration form and forward with your $25 payment by MARCH 26th.
All funds collected will be spent on the event, for the room, drinks/snacks, CHOCOLATE, and paper products etc. Your registration is complete when your payment is received. If you have any questions, please ask!
************ CONTEST ... CONTEST *************
THERE WILL ALSO BE A "BEST OF THE SHOEBOXES" AWARD.
Everyone will get one vote to choose your favorite shoebox project.
There will be a small prize for the winner.

 I hope to join y’all! We’re not sure, yet, when we will be returning home. I think my brother likes having us stay in his guest house here in Tucson. His wife has Alzheimer’s so I think we are a relief for him and a distraction for both of them. Stephen has been helping Terry with projects. So far they have made a fire pit and built a picnic table. I have lots of stamping supplies with me so I can make swaps once Stephen and I pick a date to start home if we will be home in time for this event.
Happy to see the wonderful responses. Please keep in mind that I am keeping this as a smallish group. So don't wait too long. I feel many will be more comfortable with a smaller group.

Hi Nancy,
Just out of curiosity, why are all of the card swaps full card swaps except for the SU one? Would it be possible for everyone in this swap to make them 1/4 smaller then a card front so it can be easily mounted on a full card?

absolutely!

I've adjusted the cardfront swaps to be slightly smaller than 4.25 x 5.5 for ease in mounting to a cardbase!! I make some as fronts and some as full cards because different folks prefer one over the other. And therefore there is a choice.

Nancy, Laurie Patnode send you payment for me on her Venmo. I will send you my registration form in the mail. I will be bringing cheese & crackers. Thank you!
WE ARE SOLD OUT. I WILL ACCEPT ALL REGISTRATIONS THAT WERE POSTMARKED BEFORE TODAY.
That does put us over 16, but to be fair, I can't choose who can come based on the service from their local post office.
Watch for updates ... I'm swamped today, !but will have everything sorted out by Monday.
Thanks for your patience
