Maggie and Christine - this was my first gathering, and what a fabulous experience. Thanks for all the work and time you both put in - especially all those little things you thought went unnoticed.
Ladies- Thank you for a fun time, beautiful cards, and new friendships. I had such a great day. It was so nice to put faces with names. The fellowship was much more than I expected.
Allee's- My dear Aunt Lynn - first, thank you for introducing me to the wonderful world of stamping. Next, thank you for including me into your stamp club, SCS and the Houston Gathering (and for driving us). Lastly, but most importantly, thanks for being my aunt.
Lazylizard and Gmabump- thank you for accepting me into your stamp club, and all the wonderful stories and laughs you provide.

Dang Anita - You should have put a "tissue alert" on this one. You brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad that your first experience with a swap like this turned out so well for you. I really enjoyed meeting you and all the others. Ya'll did keep me laughing all day!

OMGosh! Me too! I'm teary eyed typing this. I'm so happy that everyone had a great time. It was a wonderful day! It was so fun meeting everyone and sharing our love for stamping! All around fun!

My friend, Loretta, stampersahoy, is the one looking for the Halloween word stamp--I hope it turns up especially since she borrowed it from a friend of hers.
I am amazed that so many of you have already commented on our fabulous day! I sure was tired, but in a great way and I am ready to do it again! Thanks to both Maggie and Christine for organizing such a wonderful day. I love how wonderfully everything was set up! It made the day run so smoothly.

If anyone found a SU bone folder with my name on the back, would you mind sending it back to me? I left one for my card at table D and when I unloaded my box at home, it was not there. I would soooo appreciate it!

Another THANK YOU post to Maggie and Christine for hosting such a fun event. I know all of the work that goes into making something like this go off without any problems and you both did a great job for us all to have wonderful day away from kids and husbands.
I had such a great time. You ladies are amazing! The cards were so creative, and I got so many new ideas. Even Jessica, my teenager was impressed with my first-swap results! Thanks so much, and I hope to see everyone soon!
I just got back from a demo-only swap and heard about the Houston swap. I can't believe I missed it! I see some of my neighbors here in Sugar Land made it, too. I just wanted to sub here in case someone updates this thread when the next event is planned!
