It's that time of year again!!!!

Do you live in Orlando, Daytona Beach, Deland, Deleon Springs, Ormond Beach, Sanford, Lake Mary, Deltona, DeBary, Orange City, Osteen, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Mt. Dora, Eustis, Port Orange, Ocala, Astor, the list goes on and on!! We are at a quick 1 hour or less drive from those locations!

Here are the details!

WHEN: March 19-22, 2015
Thursday 7pm-10pm (Feel free to drop your stuff and set up if you like)
Friday 10am-10pm
Saturday 10am-10pm
Sunday 10am-10pm

COST: $25.00 for the entire event! (what a deal!)(No matter how many days you want to stay for it's $25.00) *Which is a STEAL most weekend crops are hundreds of dollars!

The $25.00 is a donation to the Social Justice Ministry, they provide food and shelter for the homeless during cold nights, any help the children in the community.

ALL TYPES OF CRAFTERS WELCOME
Scrapbook, Cardmaking, Jewelry Making, Crochet, Knitting, Sewing, Clay, Painting, Drawing, etc... If it's crafty you can bring it with you!!!

Only RULES: No LOOSE GLITTER! (No one has time to clean that up!) and no small children.

Outlets available for Die Cutting Machines, Ott Lights, Sewing Machines, etc.....

***The lighting is not the best, we recommend bringing an extension cord and Ott Light.

Tables are first come first serve. Seat 1 person to 4 people at a table!. Please, RSVP, by either emailing me or at our Facebook page. So we can make sure we have enough tables set up.

Prizes, Make and Takes, FUN, and Friends! (Be sure to RSVP, there could be a prize for that!!)

Doors will be locked each night so you can leave your space and supplies set up.

Lunch/Dinner is on your own. You are welcome to bring a dish to share. We will have TOGO Menus from local restaurants for you to look at. Many places will deliver to the church. Otherwise, we have a ton of restaurants to choose from within a 5 min drive.

Refrigerator, microwave and ice maker on site. If you need to use them or store food. Coffee and Tea Provided.

SHOPPING: Michael's and Hobby Lobby are a short 5 min drive away. JoAnn's 15mins. Walgreens is one block away for any photo printing needs.

We will have a FREE Table. Bring any items you would like to give away for FREE. Only rule is that you take what didn't go back home with you!

At this event only we will have FOR SALE tables. Feel free to bring supplies you would like to sell. Please, make a sign with your name to place on the table. Or have stickers on your items. DO NOT ADVERTISE THIS ON THE INTERNET. You are welcome to tell people to come see you and this is the location you will be at.

We have WiFi Internet. You are welcome to bring laptops.

Here are hotel recommendations....there are not too many in the area to choice from.

Holiday Inn Express - Orange City, FL (I recommend, it's in the middle of everything you could ever want... shopping/food)(Michaels & Hobby Lobby)(close to the interstate)
Map & Directions - Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orange City in Orange City

Hampton Inn - DeBary (2nd Choice)(Closest to the crop location, close to the interstate)

Great! I just moved to central Florida and am so happy to know about this crop! Just an FYI in case you haven't heard, The Scrappin Shack in downtown Lakeland is closing at the end of the month. So sad as it was the only papercrafting place I've found close to me.

Glad you found out about our crop. We do a one day crop most months that we can get the space, they are $5. March is a BIG 4 Day crop at $25!!!! Please, let me know if you have any questions.

I did see that the Scrappin Shack is closing. You also have Violette's in Lakeland, her store is BIG and worth the trip. We don't have anything close, but big box stores. MFT is a 30 min drive and I am lucky we have that!

Update: We will have 3 new raffle prizes each day (Fri-Sun). A new Make N Take each day. And New Games each day!!!! This is event is sure to be a blast!!

Do you hold this event annually? My family relocated to Winter Springs in January, I'm still in Wisconsin but hope to relocate to Oviedo in the next year or two. In the meantime, I'm visiting a lot and getting to know people, the area, etc. I'm a stamper and do a little scrapping, too. I'm missing this event by a week, I'll be coming to FL March 30th for a week! I'd love to plan a trip around your event or any fun stamping opportunity!

We do this BIG event annually. Thank you for asking. It will usually be around the same time of the year. On other months we still get together once a month for a one day, $5.00 Crop from 10a-10p, same location. Winter Springs and Ovideo are not far at all about 20mins. Be sure to join the Facebook Group to get all the details every month.
