I did NO stamping this weekend. We finished the reconfigure of BOTH closets. But only one of them is totally finished... Cleaned, sorted, and reorganized. Now, I have the task of doing MY walk in closet over the next few days. I still have one more swap to do.... I think. I better look at my list.

I've been making an ink pad inventory today by stamping each color onto this: http://kathleendriggers.com/wp-conte...tory-sheet.pdf
I want to see what reinkers I need to look for at Buffalo Stamps. It's nice to have the colors stamped on the cardstock I use so I know what the colors really look like. I've planned to do this for a long time and today was the day to get started!
I just printed out my shoebox instructions so I'm ready to get everything packed up for Saturday.
Ashley, if you decide to print out shoebox check off lists and want names of the projects, mine is called "Tuxedo Shirt".
Ok Awesome... I am going to put little tag numbers at each station where you will put your shoe box.. so thanks for the name. I just thought numbers would be easier...
Numbers are fine...and easier, Ashley, no problem! I have a bunch of door prizes to bring...cute stuff.
I've printed out our BSS and other coupons for the ladies in our vehicle so I think I'm ready to go.
Enjoy this week, ladies! Right now the sun is shining so that is a good start!
Look at you all on top of things.. thanks for bring the door prizes... I think everyone will go home with prizes... and wait until you see the swap bags that I have put together... pretty impressed with myself
Ok ladies just a note on swaps.... once you get all of your cards completed please place them in a gallon sized ziploc bag and write your name and the category of the swap, i.e. full sized and on it with a sharpie... then on the day of the event you can drop your zipped bag into the baskets I have made one for each swap, and it will make it very organized for Lianna and I to put one of each card into your bag and return it to you... I love organization
my head is spinning w/ prepping for multi swaps/gatherings. i couldn't remember if this was the day we put swaps into zip loc bags. so here's a reminder for all..........
OK! I'll get them out of my snapware and bagged. I think I need to get some more $$ out of the bank for BSS...just in case...CRAZY!!!! Getting excited about Saturday...road trip...stamping...mixed media class...topped off with BSS goodies! All with fun gal pal stampers new and long time!
I think I need to bring my pillow and blanket for a nap in the car...it's going to be a loooong day!
I still need to make swaps and a shoebox for Tuesday evening. I have the paper and stamps out but no motivation go get off the couch the last few evenings. And I know Sunday I'll be zonked out on the couch recovering from Saturday. At least I cut card bases for Tuesday at work today.
Joanne, I'll bring my registration form and $ for Oct. so be sure I give them to you Saturday! I put the form with my stuff.
You all are so on top of things!! I love it!! Unfortunately, I am not going to make it Saturday. I am totally bummed!! I am still having some problems stemming from the surgery I had back a few weeks ago. At first the surgery was not even scheduled until the end of May, not a problem. Then I got a call that they had a cancellation and had a week to get everything ready my surgery was the following Monday, EEKS!! Got all the doctors pre-ops done, etc and had the surgery. Now this was supposed to be an in and out thing. I was having a pain pump installed. I had had chronic pain for several years due to back problems and rheumatoid arthritis too. Was released from the hospital that day and the problems started. It has been one thing after the other. I won't bore you with the details. At this point I am not able to do much of anything. I am not supposed to lift more than 5lbs., am not supposed to stretch, twist, turn, etc. VERY DIFFICULT for me!! I am in pain too. They are thinking there could possibly be a problem with the implanted pump. We won't know for a few weeks though and until then I will be in severe pain. UGH!! I SOOO wanted to go stamping!!! I have not been out to do anything in a good time and that would have been awesome, getting together with "the girls". I guess it was just not meant to be. I do hope you all have an AWESOME time. I'll catch up with you at some time or other. Miss you all!!

Tonight I've been working on my swaps for Tuesday's Rubber Room. I just sat down on the couch with Zekey (vet check this morning and she's all better! Infection gone.) to watch Idol and start assembling the swaps.
