Ok..since it isn't demo only....my vote is for October or November. September is definately out for me since I have so much already going on that month.

I would be interested depending on if I could find the 'secret location' (I'm directionally challenged...LOL). October or early November would work for me.
Linda,
I totally know what you mean when it come to directions. I'm the same way. I'll make sure you have good directions that we both understand. I can't wait to meet you, I use to live in colorado springs and my family is still there.
It will either be held in Colorado Springs or Greeley or Denver. Not sure yet, but I'm working on it. I have family in colorado springs and could probably get my mom's club house for Free. But I'm checking on it...
Hi,
I am able to do either of those dates.... I'm so excited about this!!! Just let me know when and where when you can. Thanks Julie for taking this on again, you and the other ladies did such an amazing job last time!!!!
Mary
Thanks. That makes a big different for me personally on whether I will be able to make it, especially since people are leaning towards the Saturday date. Can't wait to know the location.

I can make either date but I need to be back to WESMINSTER (hello Jayne whoever you are in Westminster!) by 3:00 pm. I'm a newbie, but I'd love to come. Could you please explain what one needs to bring to an event like this. Is it a card swapping and more type gathering? I especially liked the reference to food...!
Thanks
P.S. Is this open to all and not demos only? I'm not a demo.

Reason: new question
i am up for a gathering. If we did greeely, I could help secure a location since i live in greeley. Do more leg work since i am here. just let em know whatever i can do to help get this organized.
Here is an update for you. I found a place in Black Forest Colorado. My parents have a club house where they live that they said I could use. Here are the details. Its called Woodmen HIlls Recreation and the cost is $25.00 for three hours with a $75.00 deposit. The meeting room will hold 28 people and furnish tables and chairs.
The drive for anyone in Denver would be about 45 minutes and for anyone in Greeley about 2 hours and Colorodo springs about 30 minutes.
So I haven't called about available dates yet but thought I would see how many would be interested in this and what your thoughts were.
Please feel free to PM me with your comments.
No date has been set just trying to finalize a place first. Its actually in Peyton Colorado not black forest. Please let me know if this works for the majority of you.
Hi,
So what do the other's think if they are driving down from Denver? Could some of you possibly car pool so that the gas cost wouldn't be such a issue?
I really want to meet everyone and have fun stamping!!! But I do understand the delima too with cost of fuel.
Okay I just got off the phone with the manager from the club house and he said we could have any weekend we want in October or November. But I don't want to reserve this if no one is going to attend. So please voice your opinion and thoughts on this and let me know ASAP. I will need a min. of 20 people to register. I'm thinking November 5th or October 15th.

Actually Woodmen Hills Rec Center is in Falcon not Peyton (it has as Peyton mailing address)..... It's about 2 blocks away from me ;) I live in Woodmen Hills, and it's only 8 miles east of Colorado Springs.
If you decide to do your gathering here in Falcon or Colorado Springs.... you can count me in!
I wonder if we can't have a northern and a southern meet both? Seems like gas is such an issue lately. Anyone interested in that? I wouldn't mind organizing the meeting for the northern people. We could probably do it in Loveland or Ft. Collins. Let me know what you think.....

The Northern and Southern Kingdom split sounds like a good idea to me. Would you consider Longmont as a good inbetween to north Denver and Ft. Collins? Also, is it SOP to have some kind of room fee or are there community rooms at Rec Centers available for free if available? I'd rather spend my $$ on stamp stuff ... or these days send ti down South for those folks in big need. Just some more ideas. Thanks for your help.
