Ok, my lovely teenage daughter says she doesn't want to go this time. Thanks for saying she could come.
Yes, it is like stamp camp. You make everything cut to size and we all stamp and assemble everyone elses stuff.
Not a problem... someone PM'd me and said they would love to come if there were any cancelations or anything. I don't have a problem letting her come, esp if your daughter doesn't want to now. Does anyone have a problem with it?? I'll PM everyone later today if there isn't a lot of response.
I don't have a problem with it. But I need to let you know that there is a chance I will be going to California on the 25th, which would mean I'd have to cancel. :(

I posted a while back about doorprizes and such... I think that would be fun and all... I just don't have time this month. I'm sooooo swaped! I have to stamp 150 candles and make 150 thank you notes for my brothers wedding, have two shoebox swaps and have to plan for my first work shop and get ready for a trip to Cali in the beginning of March. Sooooo... if anyone wants to do that I'd be fine with it, but unfortunatly I just don't have the time to work anything else extra in right now.

Does everyone have something they have made perhaps laying around that we could bring for door prizes? I have been to so many camps and done so many swaps I have some extra "things" from those I could bring one for a door prize thing, or like a chinese gift exchange? Things like note pads, beaded pens, etc.
I personally was always going to make ten shoebox swap items just in case we got last minute adds. I can always do them myself if we didn't have enough folks.

I got a call this morning and my brother in law passed away early last night. I have to be with my sister through the week and next week. I'm so sorry I'm cancelling so late. I would love to come to the next one! Hugs, Audrey

There are 6 for sure and one person who wanted to join if someone canceled but I haven't heard from her (just e-mailed yesterday). So it is possibly 7 people.

We have a small group and I've never done one of these before so who knows how long it will take and if we will even need to worry about lunch.
If you want to bring something, bring lunch.... for those that would rather get something, there is a really good Pizza/Sandwich place near by we can order from.
I am looking forward to Saturday. I would say we should all just have 7 or 8 things ready to go for Saturday anyway. I would rather have more than less.

I agree... I'm going the same project for another shoebox swap next week so I'll definatly have plenty. I can always cut more before the next one if needed.

Here it is Thursday afternoon, and I just found out I AM going to California on Sunday for the week. :( Do you think maybe they could have given me a little more notice (not to mention better flights to choose)?! :mad: I'm so sorry to miss it, but I really need to spend the day with my family and pack. Okay, so since we have a small group went all out on my card... well not all out, but it's more than I was planning on doing. Not really difficult or anything, just a little more time consuming that I had originally planned. I hope that's cool w/everyone. Just thought it would be more fun.

Yes, please bring your Cuttlebug. I've been dieing to find out what they do.
Your gonna love it- they are sooooo much fun. I'm trying to come up w/some SU only cards for workshops and such and it's really hard to hold back from using mine! Especially now that I just got a few embossing folders in the mail!
The title of the NH thread is "anyone in NH need a stampin/scrappin buddy?" very close to that anyway. I think we should invite everyone that went this time with those folks too.

I had fun this morning/afternoon! Thanks to all that came... I love the projects. I just took some pics, I'm going to upload them now, so w/in the hour they should all be up. Once Kelly uploads the pics I'm gonna steal them from here and add them to the album. We should do one again in a few months, before Summer though, maybe late April early May. I'm gonna check out the Nashua one also.
