for some reason I am signed up for cocktails and crop...I will not be able to do so! BUT I am looking forward to our swap and the fun of meeting other stampers/scrappers!

It was indicated on your registration form, but no worries I fixed it.
Since I wasn't sure what the final count was going to end up to be...I made 15 kits. If I have any extras, my DD is sending cards to soldiers for her 4th grade class, I figured that I could send them as well!
I can't wait to see everyone!

We only have 9 signed up and paid now. I will know for sure by Saturday if 2 more will be joining us. I sent Jackie and Coleen an PM, however I haven't heard back yet?
I'm the Vicky who has signed up & pd. Trying to recruit others. I'll let u know. Since I'm just reading all the chats was there something left that you need someone to bring? If the #'s don't work out, I'd be happy to bring something or chip in on food. Whatever works. I haven't designed my card yet, sounds like I had better get on the stick. Looking forward to meeting some new ladies.

Sorry I have been MIA - I am still planning on coming - just realized I never filled out the form or sent my $$$- sorry so much has been going on that I have not had time to think of stamping or the PC. I will fill out the form and get it in the mail to you on Monday - still plan on bringing the napkins-- Let me know if you need some snacks or eats as I will gladly bring some goodies.

Usually we allow 10 to 15 minutes per card. Have all the card stock cut. Depending on how long the rest will take is up to you, however since there is probably only going to be about 10 of us you can allow a little more time.

My best advice is to make sure that everything is pre-cut and pre-packaged - along with a few extra pieces in case there are a few "boo boo's"! Basically, you are giving everyone a "kit" with all of the materials to make your card inside. If there is coloring that needs to be done, make sure that you supply the markers etc. to finish the card. If there are any "special" instructions, it is ok to place a cheat sheet in with your shoebox. However, since there are less than 15 of us, it will be fairly easy to keep track of everyone and answer questions if someone gets stuck on a project.
Since my card has a few "wonky" cuts on it, I went ahead and cut everything out. Really, all everyone will have to do is assemble....I just need to make sure that I bring all the tools for my card this time...last time I had to run home for a forgotten punch!

15 is what I made - just in case! Seemed like a good number....see ya Tuesday at work! I am off on Monday - Jealous???

I made 15 because I had completed my cards early and didn't know what the final count was....I don't mind having extra as I can donate them to my DD's school.

Hi - I am ok just alot happen in the past three weeks on top of moving (long story)- I didn't make it to the P.O. today - work got in the way :confused:- but stopping in the morning on my way in.

I am going to work all weekend on mine. I have a lot to do!
I am pretty much done...need to go back and add a couple things to my card, but won't take long. I do need to finish the treat to go in my 3D items, but that will have to wait till the night before!

Check back on Wednesday to get a final count. Wednesday 4/1 will be the cut off for joining. If I receive any registrations after that date I will have to return them. It is not fair to the ones who already have their packs finished. I know many of you have made enough for 15 people, but for those of you who did not make sure you check back. I am going to be locked in my stamp room this weekend so I'll check back Monday.
Will you give me the quick details? I tried opening the registration document but not a program I have I guess. I got the document opened that gives directions and info on the cocktails swap that is later that day
3 of us went to Louisville CKC event today - lots of good vendors and variety of products were for sale, but not too many good "deals". But it was a good day for an outing.
I do not want to make extra work for those who have their projects completed. Also, I'm thinking the 3-d is an extra swap - how many do you make for this? It looks like 15 for the shoebox swap?
