Ok Girls I have updated the list & checked the post to make sure we have everyone on go! I have had tons of crazy stuff going on & getting the list up to date had slipped my mind! :( I'll do better from now on!

Paula, you're doing a great job with the sign-up list. PM me if any of the ladies from that area are coming in on Friday night. We want to have dinner with all the out-of-town ladies. just a note... My girls are involved with competition Cheerleading & they have been invited to a Regional in NC!! That's the great news! The bad news is it's Saturday, October 21st!!!! :mad: :mad: the only way I will be able to come & play is if other parents can't make the date. I'll keep you posted!

I was just wondering if anyone has given any thought to what they are doing for their swap. Are we concentrating on the upcoming holidays? Just would like to see what everyone is thinking here. Hey Big Lucy, How is NY.
I think I am going to go with a NON holiday card....that way it can be used whenever! But that is AS FAR AS I HAVE GOTTEN!!! I need to get the idea set up and the supplies ordered though! LOL
I have two friends interested in coming, but they have to do Race for the Cure that morning. Can they come later--like around noon--and jump in somehow? They would bring a swap, but it would get there late. Let me know.
Also, Amy Cario is not going to be able to go so she can get marked off the list.
I still have no idea what I am going to make for my swap, but I am getting excited! Can't wait until the 21st!

I was wondering if you can post what time it is going to be at. I don't remember if I saw it or not. I need to figure out what I am going to do so I can place the order soon. I love reasons to buy new stamp sets!!!!!
Hi! The swap starts at 10:00 Sat. morning and will end somewhere between 3 and 4 that afternoon. We have not said this was going to be just a holiday card swap, so you can make anything you want. Look forward to meeting you. If you have any more questions, just ask. big lucy

I am so sad that I can not make it on the 21st. I forgot that my son's cubscout pack has cubmoblie races that day. I am my son's den leader so I have to be there. I hope you have a great time. I hope next time I get to make it.

Hi everyone! Little more than a week until the swap. Sat. will be the cut-off for signing up. We will than have a closer count on the number attending. The Holiday Inn Express and Trotter's are the two hotels I would recommend for any out-of-towners. I'm out of town today but will be home Friday and will post the telephone numbers for them. I'll have more tomorrow when I get back to Charleston. Big lucy

Hey y'all! Sorry I've been AWOL--school and life have been crazy!
I can't believe it's almost time for our swap. I am so excited! I am going in on the Chick Fil-A nuggets with Sally for my food contribution, but I can bring something else too if it's needed (as long as it doesn't require cooking!) I have been working on my swap idea tonight and I think it is almost ready for mass production.
I'd love to meet up with you all for Friday dinner as well, so let me know when you decide on a place and time.
Oh, and I've been in touch with Scribbles and Scraps twice but haven't got an answer on whether or not they will donate a door prize. I'm still crossing my fingers.
Claudia, let me know what help you need. I can come early to help set up--just let me know what time.
