Question CARD-MAKING CRUISES FOR 2012/2013

Hi. Does anyone know where I could find info about Card-Making Cruises for 2012/2013? My sis and I have wanted to sail on a "card" cruise for years but never could find a time when both of us had the money. Now, Sis has cancer for the fourth time in four years. We want to go on a card-making cruise while she's still able. I found Sailing Scissors Cruises but we can't go that week. Also, I haven't been able to get any info on the kinds of classes Sailing Scissors will have, activities to be held or who the instructors are. We want to go on a FUN cruise, like the ones years ago with craft celebrities like Carol Duvall, Dee Gruenig and Donna Kato used to go on. My sister needs to laugh and have FUN, and learn something. Learning new techniques will help keep her mind off the cancer during and after the cruise. Thanks in advance! K-F

I don't know anything about this company, ( a cruise is just a dream for me) but I did look around a bit and found this place.......Cruise & Crop - 2012-2013 Scrapbooking Cruises
I wish you luck and really hope you find the cruise of your dreams!

Cruise & Crop is a great company. I've sailed on 2 card making cruises through them-Gina K/PTI/Stamping Bella and the recent OWH cruise this last February. They were wonderful to work with and I had a great time on both cruises.

Default Cardmaking Alaska Cruise Aug 2014 Sailing with Scissors

Hi K-FI'm a bit late to replying to your question, by a year - ha ha. I happen to come across your question while doing a search.

The cardmaking cruise group you were inquiring about is Sailing with Scissors...A Cardmaker's Cruise

If you are interested, the Sailing with Scissors group is sailing to Alaska in August 2014, round trip out of Vancouver, BC.

I have participated in this group for the previous two cruises. It is so much fun.

There are classes, lots of free events, goodie bags, and everyone gets prizes. I'm not exaggerating. We ALL won prizes.

The free events are really fun. On this year's cruise there is a pre-cruise meet and greet with a make n' take, in Vancouver. There is a card swap, a fun game called a wood mount game, daily card technique newsletters, another make n' take and even a treasure hunt.

I don't know if you are still interested in going on a cardmaking cruise, but this one is great.
