Evening/Sunday bump for the NE Ohio Swap... I already have my project picked out, and 10 bagged and ready to go. Early jump makes it go easier!
And here I was proud of myself for actually thinking of a project already and working on the template. Way to go girl

I would say that as for extending to teenagers, I for one am totally okay with their attending. I'm pretty sure the point is that we don't want to have folks there that would normally require a "babysitter." As I remember from meeting Katy in the past, she was more mature than most of us! LOL I'm certain she would be welcome, as well as any other gal (or guy!) that you'd enjoy stamping with. Just consider if they would feel comfortable around a group of adults as well, and it will all work out.
Hope I can make it when we pick the date!

I have a silly question. I have never done a showbox swap and I have a friend who is a stamp a holic that wants to come. Actually I might have 2 or 3 and we need to know what to do. Hee hee.
Please be nice.
Hugs
Heidi
Hello there, Heidi!! Sorry it took so long to answer your post. NO questions are silly, and you are not the only one who hasn't done a shoebox swap. If you check post #27 in this thread, it outlines most everything I can think of for a Shoebox Swap. If you have any questions, you can pm me or stampertammy and we will be glad to help. We are really nice people (at least I think so;) ), but I must warn you that we are quite a loud, crazy, FUN group, too! You and your friends are more than welcome to attend!!

Well said, Connie!! Thanks for clarifying this issue!!
Also, you can't have a Shoebox Swap without food! I'll keep a list on the first post of what everyone is bringing. That way if someone is undecided about what to bring, you can look and see what's already been mentioned!

I set the limit for this at 20, so get your RSVP in quick! Thirteen spots left!
If we get really good responses, we'll have to see about increasing the number and placing limits on how long each project can take. Unless anyone has other suggestions! I'm open!
Tammy put me down for a yummy desert from West point, maybe Killer brownies and peanut butter killer brownies, or would you prefer a cookie/browine baby tray? Let me know, I have a sitter so I am in for sure

LOL My email blocked the word "kill" from your message! I was reading email, and saw this, and it said "peanut butter (block)er brownies" and I thought what in the world are those??? NOW I get it!!! Putting you down for something scrumptious!!!
Hi there! I just wanted to extend an invitation to any of you who would be interested in coming to Dayton on Feb. 9th for another shoebox swap. I still have plenty of space available and would love to have any or all of you join us. Please check out this thread if you are interested. Hope you all have a blast in March. I'm out of town that weekend otherwise I would come and join you all. Have a great time!

Hey Tammy - If we get down to the wire and 'need' someone to fill in, my neighbor might be able to. She wants to do it but only knows her schedule a week in advance. Might be an option if needed...
