I am so jealous! but mine is coming tomorrow...I CAN'T WAIT!!!! What did you get?!?!
STITCHED EXOTICS, A BEAUTIFUL THING, TRUE FRIEND, BOHO WHEEL, ONE OF A KIND, LOVELY LETTERS ALPHABET, BOHO BLOSSOMS PUNCH, FROM THE GARDEN HOSTESS SET and some other stuff I needed like card stock and ribbon etc. (Sorry for the all caps, I just cut and pasted from the SU order to make it faster.) What about you? What did you order?
our orders are very similar -- I got true friend, one of a kind, boho blossom punch, berry bliss paper, pumpkin pie striped ribbon, blue beads and some card stock to build up my collection!! I can not wait until tomorrow!!!!
I'm holding off until February to place my big order, so I can benefit from Sale-a-bration.
Have fun using your new stamps girls!
I'm TRYING to hold off but its pretty hard since i'm sitting at the computer and my catty is by my side. I'm really ready to place an order. maybe I'll just enter it and do my best not to send it until the 1st. I think i'll be OK since I'll be travelling from the 23rd till the 31st.
Doing a quickie survey - would anyone be interested in doing a shoebox swap on May 3 that is using any stamp company's products (SU included)?? I'd have to check on a location, but I've had a few people ask me about doing something with other stamp companies, so I figured I'd throw it out here and see if anyone is interested.
For those of you who haven't signed up for lunch stuff yet, it looks like we have enough drinks being brought, so no need to sign up for them. Need signs up for more food related items for lunch and maybe two more desserts.
Some suggestions for lunch - macaroni/pasta salad, relish tray (different types of pickles, etc.), cheese and crackers. Or maybe you can think of something else to bring.
If you've already signed up for a dessert, please post what type of dessert you are bringing. We already have brownies and Andes mint cookies coming.
I would be interested! I've heard about your swaps from Nancy, but I missed out on signing up for this one, so I would definitely come to the next one!
Please remember to send in your registration form and payment to confirm your spot. There are three people on the waiting list, so if you need to cancel, please advise ASAP.
Also, please don't forget to post any interest in a SBS in May using any stamp company.
For those SU demos, I know you want cards as samples which I totally understand. But if you'd still like to come and stamp for the day, you could always package up the cards you make and give them to someone as a gift or use them yourself to send out for special events. It's just a thought...
I'm going to try and have the NVR (no vendor restriction) shoebox swap on May 3, so if you want to mark your calendars now, go ahead. Going to check with the church and will post more about this after our March swap.
If we only get a small group, maybe we can do it like we did before - every person bring 2 swaps limited to 15 people. Just a thought!
I wouldn't mind a NVR swap but for some reason I think I have something that weekend, but right now I can't remember what it is. I must he having a bout of CRS (Can't remember stuff-LOL).
Wow. Some of my non-SU stamps might see ink, that's like far out man-LOL
Inky Hugs,
Kathy

I've had a few of you PM me asking if all my other swaps will be NVR, and the answer is NO. I will probably have the NVR swap in May just for fun, but the other swaps I plan throughout the year will be strictly SU as they have been in the past. Don't worry ladies - nothing's gonna change.
