No, no, don't have her change her name....I love having Beth's.....it just never happens and sort of cool when it does. :-D We could get shirts.... Beth 1, Beth 2 and Beth 3...sort of like Thing 1 and Thing 2 from The Cat In The Hat.......:mrgreen:
They aren't listed but she said the other day it was 31. Still hoping for more, I'm sure.
So, Brandi if you have stamping friends..........get them on SCS & get them there.
Yup, it is easier to cut it all at once. I'm cutting 50 in hopes we fill to the brim with swappers. But, if we don't I can easily make up the rest of the cards we don't use for the swap and use them another time. Mine are Christmas/Winter cards so will likely need some for myself anyway to send out to family and friends.
Okay...I just updated post #2....confirmed total is 36, with the possibility of two more.
This number DOES NOT include the two assembled (one for me and one for Ronald McDonald house).... :-)
NOW I can get started on all the fun goodie stuff for all you gals! Thanks so much for all your help in spreading the word and getting our numbers up!!!

Is it too late to add two more? I've been holding off because I don't have a babysitter and I am driving 3 1/2 hours to get there. I wanted to come up the night before and get a hotel room, but now I am thinking of driving back and forth on Saturday.
I'm not sure what others are planning to do, I plan to have supplies for 40 (plus the additional 2 premade) so from my perspective, please join us........to be on the safe side, please pm Kathy (Puggins).

I get to pick up MY Beth at the airport tomorrow & go craft shopping. YEAH! Maybe that will hold me over until next week.
Also making those s'more toppers. Ran out of the graham crackers though. Still have plenty of ghost peeps & little hershey bars. Did I tell you I'm taking some of the bars with us tomorrow. Just in case we need some fuel.

They are just too cute. Yep, I DID clarify it's MY Beth. LOL She's been in FL visiting her Mom. Me, I'm waiting until Jan or Feb to go to FL to visit. LOL Besides with have this little puppy to train. Working on the leash now. SHe's 13 weeks.
We always have fun together. Who doesn't have fun craft shopping & sharing cards/scrapbooks. ")

OK, I'm out of the loop--what are s'more toppers? Sounds cute and yummy!
Very cute Beth! But are they a pain to get positioned right in the jars? I have thought about doing those, but have been afraid of the mess I would make! :p
BTW Ladies....had a committee meeting last evening....O M G! Just wait till you see all the goodies!!! :cool: Don't ask....mum's the word now...

I just got butterflies in my tummy when I read the last part. I'm getting SO excited!!! Thank you somuch for working so hard on this fun day!!!
As far as the peeps...if you use the wide mouthed ball jars, they really aren't that bad to get in. You do have to squish them around to get them just so, but it wasn't too bad from what I remember. But, be sure to get the larger mouthed jars.....they just won't fit in the smaller mouthed ones......
When are we going to know the "actual" number of attendees? We want to cut our paper and get our kits ready this weekend.
Please advise.

Just to be safe, I am cutting for all 50. I will go ahead and make up my leftovers and either sell them at a craft fair or donate them. There are several people collecting to send to our troops overseas, and I also know the womens' prison in Indy has a card program for the inmates. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I think they can get cards as part of a reward program from the chapel to send home to their family. They are very appreciative for the handmade cards. If you want the contact info, pm me and I will send it.

I am soooo excited! I have all my cards ready to go (like Dawna - making a few more than 40, just in case!) and I have my prize together and ready to be wrapped!
Kathy - are we supposed to wrap these like a gift? or wrap so you can see what's inside?
Just rereading the first page and like a DORK, I totally spaced the gift to trade. Got a good idea and time so that will be fun!!! Kathy, you mentioned a 'ticket'. Are those suppose to come in the mail?? Or do we get them at the door?? I don't have one and just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss something else! Hahah.....
