Glad you are signed up again this year! I stopped going to the 10:45 class after I ended up with multiple bruises all over my body! She had us doing some fly girl routines, lol. But I will probably start doing them again after school starts. I am recovering from a broken foot, so I am not quite ready for Alison's classes yet. However, I am going to Alea's 4:45 Dance Jam class on Tuesday.
Brenda, sorry to hear about your foot. I will look for you at the gym sometime so I can come introduce myself. Lisa told me that you like the dance jam classes.
