I'm in Oldham County, outside of Louisville, so I'd guess you're about an hour and a half from me? I'm a SU! demo, and love to make cards, 3-d items and scrap pages!
Where did you relocate from? We are originally from Pittsburgh, but have been here 19 years now. My kids are natives, lol!
I think there are some other demos out your way, but I'm not really sure.
Thanks for replying Bethany! My husband and I have moved here from Washington state .. yeah I was hoping someone closer would reply as I have know idea where Oldham county is. I do know where Louisville is we drove through there on our way here (when my husband brought me and our dog here) Isn't that where the Kentucky Derby was??
Yes, the Kentucky Derby is run at Churchill Downs in Louisville. We actually have a two and a half week Festival to celebrate that 2 minute race!
Did you try the SU! Demo locator? If you find a local demo, and attend a class or camp, you will meet other crafters in your area. Even if you aren't into SU! it might still be worth it to make some connections.
Bethany that is a great idea! I'll keep in touch to let you know how that goes ok? I really don't even know why I am looking for crafting buddies yet all of my crafting stash are in 1 of the 5 storages units that's waiting release once we find a house to purchase. I guess I'm just am just having Crafters withdrawals!!

I live in Georgetown KY, which isn't far from Richmond. I used to work in Richmond. It's about a 35 minute drive. I have a bunch of ladies come to my home to crop and make cards every so often. I also give classes every month. My next class is 10 cards for $10.00 and the theme will be Christmas with the Cuttlebug. I'd love to have you come then you can get to know everyone. Hi Pat I am finally settled.. well more than I was a couple of moths ago :p I am finally down to the last of the boxes that need to be unpacked..we bought a house at the end of July
I would love to get some retail therapy on I hope you give me a heads up when you're coming to town and maybe we can meet for lunch?
