Ugh! got DH most of the way recovered from surgery and now sitting here waiting for the pediatrician to call. Little D hurt his arm on the Playground in Pre-K sometime LAST WEEK and he didn't tell anyone. Says it doesn't hurt but he is not using it. So we are waiting to find out if we go have x-rays first or to the doctors, the ER or what? Between DH and DS they are gonna be the death of me. DS says he didn't tell because it doesn't hurt and because they were sliding down the slides backwards and knew that was a no no. :rolleyes:

Had to take my little guy to the children's hospital yesterday, he dislocated his shoulder on the school playground in Pre-K class on Friday and didn't say a word to anyone. The doc has no clue how he stood the pain. He says it didn't hurt.:confused:

I will try to check back in tomorrow night...last week I had zero time to stop by...(as you can tell). This weekend is booked up too. My oldest is turning 15 on Sunday!!! YIKES!!! and Saturday we have a busy day with family planned. I will stop in when I can.

I dislocated mine when I was 8 and I never felt any pain either. So, it's possible that it really didn't hurt.

Tracy, I still do not see Missy's (Miaso) name on the list. I e-mailed you and mailed in our reservations with our checks. Please let me know that you got it in the mail and have just not updated the list.

What kind of problems is he having? Do they have his arm in a restrainer? It might be that they pinched a nerve when they put it back in place.

Ladies, Everyone that needs updates I am sure Tracy will get to is soon. But thank you soo much for the reminders as we all forget (me I don't remember what I had for breakfast). LOL

He has loss of strength in it but the strength is returning daily so it may be a situation where I need to chill and give him some time to heal up completely. We will see what his Pediatrician has to say tomorrow.:mrgreen: Thanks for the prayers.
So, they are letting him use it? I had a restrainer on for 6 weeks to make sure the socket was healed and not loose. Don't want that sucker popping back out! Keep me posted on what the ped. says. Take care. I'll keep on prayin!

Yep, as of now he is just on restricted use and he's actually doing pretty good with that. Thanks for the continued prayers, I know it's working.:mrgreen:
