Both price ranges are fine with me, but it would be nice to have everyone on the same page. Last year was my first swap and some of the Lottery items were worth alot more than mine. All worked out well though because I won something comparable, and hope nobody felt short changed with my item. GREAT group of ladies !!!!The memories are priceless.
Just a reminder that I need all registrations in by next week Friday (2/22). If you were waffling on which "extras" to do....I'll need your final decisions by then as well.
I'll post final counts over the weekend.

I can not believe that I am even going to say this.............................but---I do NOT want a snow day three so far this year is enough and I would like to be out of school before the 4th of July party at my house!
Not too much happening outside with the weather right now, but I am sure if I wait 5 minutes, I can write something else!
Yeah, I definitely don't want a snow day. DS #1 is only in preschool, only 3 hours 2x/week and it's my only break. He started mid-year after we recovered from the baby & holidays and all that and there's been 2 snow days already! It seems to have stopped snowing here for now but we have like 3 inches of ice under this new snow so....
It's the ice I worry about...Sun Prairie is out of salt!

They are mixing the salt with sand here. Some communities are low on salt. I hear that Milwaukee has a ton, but are selling it for a really high price. What's up with that?!

I spent time in Madison last night and this morning for the WIAA state wrestling tournament--you guys sure have a mess there. Piles of snow all over the place, some streets so narrow barely one car can pass between the parked cars, the sidewalks almost 2 inches of ice (thankfully around campus there is sand on all sidewalks) and more snow predicted for the area on Monday and Tuesday. ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Mel, can you come over and do mine? I'll be attending as a long distance coz I have to work. But since you've almost got your's done...LOL. I'm going to tackle my driveway before we get another blanket of white!
It sure is nice to see sun & melting snow!!

I'm just working on mine now because I'll be gone March 8-21...so if I don't do them now, they won't get done. I only have next weekend to finish.
DH is outside chipping away at the two-inch thick ice rink that is our driveway right now...and I'm hoping that tomorrow's warm temps will melt the rest of the ice in the neighborhood. It's treacherous just trying to get out of the neighborhood!

TELL me about it! It's awful! You take your life in your hands walking from the car to anywhere because of all the ice. And the roads are FALLING APART! I'm afraid if we hit a pothole we'll disappear for a week or two.

Yeah. We're such overacheiving record breakers with the snow. I've never been much of a fan of winter to begin with, so you can just GUESS how pleasant I am these days. My 3 yo is so scheduled, we have preschool and swimming and playdates - not like we can just it in the house like we did the wiinter when he was a baby.
Some days I want to pack them up and not stop driving until we hit my parents house in FL.

Update...I reconfigured the plan for the shoebox portion. The numbers have changed to premake 15 and supplies for 12.
