WOW!! That was just about the most fun game I have been to yet at Lambeau! The snow was absolutely incredible. I later heard a radio announcer relate it to a snowglobe. Huge, beautiful flakes...gently falling down. It was a gorgeous sight.
The excitement level was huge. I am SO hoarse today from all the yelling. Again..WOW! What a great game.

PS - Sam would like to say "hi"....

I was really nervous after the first few minutes when we were losing. Glad it turned around! The snow was incredible! They were out there with shovels, and for some reason I was really amused by that. One of those weird moments. Glad the Pack won! Now lets hope the Giants win today!
I have one of my cards figured out, now I just need to figure out the other. I heard from my friend Barb yesterday that she may be able to come! That would be SO awesome!!!
Hey, Tracy - you're going to have to get Sam a user name so he can post more often! (LOL)
We call him "Sammer the Hammer" because he just likes to pound on things. ;)

Added some more registrations and included a few who've said it's "on the way". Those spots will be held until the sign-up cut off date at which time I need to have your form/money in hand to do final counts.
We have some old friends returning and some new faces as well - it should be a great time!
Looking forward to a truly wonderful day of stamping!
Though, right now I'm REALLY looking forward to the game on Sunday. Look for me on TV! I'll be the one in the green and gold (LOL).

If you are thinking about signing up for this, you will have a blast. I went last year & had so much fun, met some great people and can't wait to go this year!!!
I need to place a bulk order for Mono adhesive refills to do a wedding invitation order. If anyone is interested in going in on it with me....PM me. I can bring them to the swap in March.
Estimate cost $2.25-$2.50 per refill depending on what kind of deals I can find.
Again...PM me if interested...I want to keep that separate from the shoebox thread.
Thanks!
-Tracy

My DH is going to the game too Tracy. A friend of his dad has season tix and is not going due to extreme frigid temps. ;) So he gave the tix to his son and son invited DH (invited him to buy a ticket that is!). So they are going. He's about to die of excitement. I think I'll be quite happy to watch in the comfort of my 50" high definition TV, LOL. I'm going to call the neighbor girl and see if she can come over and spend some time with the kids so I can stamp too. I need a little bit of a break on the weekends!
I am NOT looking forward to the frigid temps! But hoping that the game will be SO FANTASTIC that I won't notice my frozen extremities

Wear multiple pairs of gloves so your fingers don't get frostbitten!
Your stamping might not be the same ever again if you don't...
(LOL)
No kidding Mel!! Check out my blog for a pic of me & a list of all the {sexy sexy, LOL} clothes I was wearing when we went to the Raiders game. And it was about 18 degrees that day I think?
Those bench seats at Lambeau are narrow, and it's hard enough to sit your *rear* in the seats next to everyone in the warm weather...how EVER do you do it when you are 'extra wide' because of all the layers?
I had one bartender tell me that more adult disposable diapers are sold in Green Bay on Packer football days...and when I looked at him with a puzzled expression, he explained further - that folks don't want to leave their seats, because they won't fit back in - the crowd on the bench will 'soak up' the space when the person leaves, and then they can't squeeze back in! So, they wear the diapers and don't ever have to leave their seats!
Tracy, you better check out jennifer-g's photo...and ADD two or three MORE layers!
It's minus 12 degrees right now in Sun Prairie...

Here's me at last Saturday's game. Like the snow piled up on my head?
I would like to point out that despite what it looks like....the beer is actually in the hand of the guy sitting next to me! Nice angle DH got on that photo.
The further into winter we get, the more "squished" the seating I've found that it's best to be the first one sitting down and let everyone adjust to you.
The best was the December 30th game - Jon couldn't go, so I took Alex. My skinny, stringbean 10 year old (where he got those genes, we'll never know, but I swear he's our kid). I had so much room for my toosh!
Gotta get some stamping done today in case I can't feel my fingers for a few days

Hope all who are going to be at the GAME in person keep warm. Don't want none of you getting sick. After today, the Pack will be on their way to a Super Bowl WIN.
Oh, by the way, wonder how many of you attendees are taking a sign that says something about SCS??

My DH is leaving in 1/2 an hour to head up. Maybe I can make him an SCS sign quick....

Got a couple of ideas forming for my shoebox card and a couple more floating around for my swap card. Got to get my rear in gear. May need to order supplies.

Um...not to gloat, but it's 70 degrees here in Orlando!
~waving "hi" to everyone as I'm gazing at palm trees and tourists wearing shorts and tank tops!
*is jealous*
Pack some of that in your suitcase when you come back please
We're near 0 here right now!

I'll probably be working into the wee hours the night before too. Somehow I think that ideas in my head get lost on their way to my hands.
That happens to me too! Oh, and the "it looked much better in my head" syndrome as well
