I have some extras I'll be bringing also. I'm making a new treat for me. You microwave a bag of popcorn, and sift out the unpopped kernels. Then you melt butter and marshmallows like you would for rice krispy treats. You combine the mallow with the popcorn. The last thing is to mix in some nuts and m&m's once it's a little bit cooled. It's really yummy! A co-worker gave me this easy recipe, after she brought it into work a couple times. So, I'm making a double batch.

I was reading this recipe to my husband. He thought you sifted out the unpopped kernels in order to use them in the recipe. And then what? Throw out the popcorn?
And he's going to feed my poor babies on Saturday!
Instead of pumpkin muffins, I'm making mini pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
Instead of a plain Halloween trail mix, I'm making Graveyard Crunch (most of the same ingredients)
And DH bought Halloween candy a little too soon... we'll eat it. So it's coming with me on Sat.
So I have Patty, Joni, and me taken care of for food. (DS and I are shopping for the last few items today after his haircut he is begging for.) I still have to get tape, pack my craft bag, and make my name tag. :p It's been an unusual week that wasn't planned. DS is home under treatment for a new medical condition. So, I'm homeschooling. The housework is suffering, so no one is allowed to come over this week. :mrgreen: Oh... and I'm helping my friend campaign. I've gotten some done, but she understands my predicament right now. And why did I think now was a good time to list 20 items on eBay :rolleyes: I'm busy... but I'm making lots of craft $$$$ :mrgreen:

Leah, that is too funny! You definitely wouldn't want to bite down on some of the popcorn mix, and get a kernel in there. I can't imagine what kind of pain or tooth damage it could cause!! LOL

I usually pack my sizzlets dies and cutter---but somehow forget the acrylic plates I need and have gone around asking if anyone had theirs so I could finish what I was doing....................I SO know what you are talking about.
I am all packed and ready to go. Along with my door prize, organized card swap and name tag, I am also bringing OSW's. I was suppose to go to a make and take with a friend for 15 people and I made OSW packets, which include 2 different patterns and 2 different color samples, 1 OSW pattern stamped and ready to cut and one card. I know almost everyone already knows about the OSW, but since I made the packets up if anyone wants one just let me know. I am so excited that I think today is going to be an awfully long day at work. I can't wait to meet you all. I thought I would bring a trail mix type snack and I'll bring dishes to go with it. See you all tomorrow.

Hey ladies I'm packing some scrapbooking projects to work on - will anyone have a die-cut machine with them that will do circles and stuff or should I bring my Coluzzle? I may want to cut some of my photos into circles....
I know I'll forget something - I really am much more creative when I'm in my own craft space cuz I'll find myself thinking "oh that such and such will work here" and of course I won't have packed it because I didn't think of it when pre-planning!

I am sooo excited to see everyone tomorrow!! I have had my grandson for the past 2 weeks and need some serious stamping and adult consversation time!
All of my projects are started, but not finished!! Working on them today. And for my unorganized swap I am bringing a variety of cards from my stash! They all need good homes and I have so many I'll never use them up! Hope no one minds!

Lorien that is fantastic!! Do you know what of the other bigger dies, like the Top Note, works well in the CB? I haven't got my Big Shot yet, but I do have the bug. Many of my customers have the bug and want to know the same thing!
I was reading online and I think most of them work. The Top Note is the only one I have so far. I found a sandwich matrix on here. To use the Bigz dies you do (from the bottom up) B plate, Die face up, paper, and then another B plate. My cuttlebug came with 2 B plates so I didn't have to buy anything extra.

That's so sad and scary. I hope her mom will be alright and I'm sure Patty was looking forward to coming tomorrow and now she's going to miss it. That stinks! :(
