I will take a red ATG for $20! I have a yellow one and use the adapter for the 1/4 tape, but it's not great with the adapter! (Actually I have 2 yellow ones... can we say HOARDER!) I will convert it back and fit one for 1/2" tape and use both.....unless one of you wants to trade a 1/2" one for your 1/4" one and do the same thing????
Back to work today....DL finally called me back this AM. What a way to wake up! I have an 11:30 meeting with her, so I better get my backside in gear....Mr. BoJangles still needs to go pee pee! (For the newbies....DL is my boss...stands for Dragon Lady!)
There's ULINE and NHS media. I am needing to replenish - so we can go in together if you want. They're around $3.65 each but low as $3.45 just depends on how many you order.
Omgoodness! You guys are making me go broke LOL I now have to get the Pink ATG Gun and definitely will jump in on the bandwagon for cheap adhesive, glue and envies!!!
I wonder when the next 50% coupon @ M's is coming out....
Nope, I don't have one but I have been contemplating getting one for a while. I saw online a really good deal a couple weeks ago but the place was out of stock until late August. And then I googled the place (In the States, don't recall the name off the top of my head) and saw TONS of bad reviews for them taking forever to get stock in and shipping it out. Apparently they don't have any working phone lines and don't respond to emails and whatnot so I decided against it even though it was a great price. ($26 I think before shipping)
Funny thing is that I got the ATG in Pink last friday because of the 40% and then when i purchased one, i ended up getting the 50% off coupon with the recipt. So obviously, i returned the 40% and used the 50%.
I'll keep an eye out for the next 50% coupon and let you ladies know. =)
Teresa, ATG guns are da bomb!!! The tape rolls are INSANELY big and seem to last FOREVER!!!! I've had mine for just over three years and have purchased maybe 6 boxes of 12 rolls.
I know...I'm crazy!!! But I think I want 2! One for my acid free adhesive and one for my regular adhesive since I do both scrapbooking and card making.
I went to my Mike's and they don't have it. :(

Yes please. I'm going to hold out for a 50% off coupon... Hopefully they have it in stock when I get my hands on the coupon LOL I haven't checked if my store has it in stock yet.

LOL I really want to get one. I was going to buy the desktop tape dispenser from my Upline but it's so big and bulky and I wouldn't want to travel with it so when I saw these posts I am now decided on which one I want lol
LOL I tend to buy alot of things that are pink... SU should really consider changing their colour options LOL I love my Pink MS bone folder.. It even has bling!

Its in the scrapbooking section on the sides where they have the metal display thingy. Its very new to them so i doubt they know what it is. Call it a "Scotch Advanced Tape Glider". That might work. Its not a huge display so dont expect it, just look for a huge pink box.=)

I checked with the regular adhesive, but it wasn't there. Then I spied the refill rolls on an end cap (side of one, actually) but there was no ATG guns.
I went to the cash to ask if they could call the other Michael's that is close to me and as I was describing the gun (including hand motions so they would KNOW what the heck I was talking about!), the cashier pulled one out from behind the cash - SCORE!!!!
If you're calling around, you might mention it's made by SCOTCH, that it's in PINK box and that it's got the breast cancer ribbon on the front of it.
OK....so $538 US later, the Copic order is placed! Wheeeeeee

Day 1 back at work and DL was tolerable! She "met" with me and apparently there have been a number of changes, but nothing I can't handle I'm sure. I can't believe how LONG 4 hours can feel sometimes....like TODAY
Picked up my niece and some groceries and walked to the splash park with my friend and other niece (and Mr. B, of course).
Now I have to make a ton more ladybugs for another nieces 1st birthday party on Saturday! Never a dull moment......Leave for CHA in one week! Let the count down begin!! (NOT that I want to rub it in, I'm just excited!)
So I found one at the Newmarket location (same one that I went to this afternoon). I was thinking about it when I was calling around and realized that there were 2 places that they kept adhesive. When I called, the lady asked me for the sku number and I was like..umm...I don't have one so I don't know, so then she asked me in what section it would be in and I was like...ummm... with the adhesive?? She said "well we keep our adhesives in several different places..." she said she went to check and came back with the small Scotch tape runner. I said that's not it but by then we were both frustrated so I got DH to go by there on our way to his parents, and lo and behold it was right where you ladies said it would be. I got the last one too! Woohoo!!!!

Dion- you should definately get an ATG. I didn't have one for the longest time and finally invested in one a few months ago and it's the best thing EVER!!! I did one scrapbook page and it took 2.5 rolls of the dollar store adhesive...with the ATG I can do tons and still not run out. I wouldn't be surprised if I can do an entire album without running out!
Krissie- thanks for letting us all know about the PINK atg! Now it matches my Big Shot, crop-a-dile, and a whole bunch of other stuff (including my wall...lol)
Teresa- you should get one too! Now that you know what it is and what a great deal it is. Seriously, the thing pays itself off after a few rolls if you really think about how much you'd be spending if you were using the small adhesive runners.

WOOT!!! Our other thread is now at an even 5000!!! It will probably NOT self-destruct if we post a few more over there, but I think it would be cool to just leave it alone. An even 5000 is kinda cool, yes???
