It's Snow Time and Jolliest Time of the Year come to mind as the 2 I have bought for the snowmen.
My friend has Flaky Friends and Frosty, and she shares 'em with me. Love those.

My absolute favourite is a snowman called 'Frosty' by Art Impressions (K1693). I bought him with some snowy trees and can make a great scene with them and there are lots of nice areas to colour and glitter.

Another Penny Black
I love this snowman stamp from Penny Black, with two birds and an evergreen tree in a pot. Here is a card I made with it:

This little guy is cute, and only $0.99! His name is Snowy Jo (or maybe it's a girl!):

I love any of the "Northwoods" snowmen. Here's a link to a card I made with the stamp. The stamp itself is a row of snowmen, not individual ones.

I just bought this same Inkadinkado stamp at Michaels and think it's adorable.
Here's a card I made using it, using different colors than HamiltonGal.

Tivias Charms, those are all cute snowmen. I love them all. 'Let it Snow'
and 'Chin Up' had the cutest smiles.
