I would like to make this set using a different color scheme so I can sort of do my own thing, but when I look at all of my papers, none of them are double sided.
Is there a company that you prefer to use for your designer double sided paper? I'm up for suggestions as I really didn't like my Michael's selection. I do a lot of online ordering for my stamping since my area doesn't have many options to buy at retailers.
My new favorite is Echo Park, but I love October Afternoon, too (their 8x8 packs are single sided, but the 12x12 are double sided). American Crafts has a coordinating solid color on the back, which can be fun for making boxes or bags.
Well, I do really like Stampin' Up designer paper for cards and crafts where the designer paper is used for color. I like that it comes in sets so I get a variety of patterns but they all go together and the paper is a heavier weight without being too thick and stiff.
For projects where I want the patterned paper to be something like a 3d object, I like My Minds Eye a lot. It is more like a printed cardstock but is really nice and has super cute designs.

K&Company & BasicGrey are my two favorites. Check out all the names in previous posts. Each has a different style. I'm sure you'll find something that suits you.

Thanks everyone. I searched at Michael's a little bit more tonight and found SEI and K&Company.......although they don't offer many double sided pads that have smaller designs. I wanted sort of smaller designs due to using them for A2 sized cards. I did order some retired SU designer paper today. I'd love to find the "au chocolat" that is used in the tutorial, but I'm guessing it's retired now.
Thanks again for all of these suggestions. As a newbie, you can never get enough suggestions or info.!!!
I love these totes and I use all kinds of DSP for them. They are so cute when you decorate them all up. I sell tons of these with 6 cards and envelopes in them. I do not follow the card directions on this pattern just the tote.
blessings.
I have purchased a lot of designer prints here on this site with the buyer/seller forum. With this wonderful gallery, at hand, it great
to see the patterns, if you don't have any past SU catalogs.
SU designer prints and designer paper packs have double sided patterns,
and cardstock to match. Since the new catalog has been out;
there aren't as many sales, as people posted the last few months already, but just keep watching.
