I've ordered from them twice and that sounds like my experience. About that many days to get a shipping notice and then a week to get the items. You can email them with a status request. I did that the second time and - lo and behold - my order shipped the next day.
Also, check to see if the items you ordered are available. They may be one of the companies who do not ship an order if even one item is on backorder. Hopefully, someone else can chime in and clarify that for you...
You are very brave to order from them, I ordered a few years ago and it took forever. I hope your stuff shows up soon. I am frequently tempted as I watch almost everyday but I will not hit the order button.

I have had a screw up each time I have ordered (only twice). The first time, they were really slow to ship, but it was a big sale. My order finally arrived and I got some paint that had leaked all over. The second time, they sent me 2 of an item I had only ordered one of and left out another item completely. It took them about 2 weeks to reply to an e-mail sent to customer service. They did finally send the missing item - over 60 days later - I no longer needed it as it was for a Christmas project. I am not inclined to order again.
I ordered their product from officesupply.com but discovered that the delicate dies aren't working with the Cuttlebug. I did finally get enough cranks through to get most of the pieces cut on the Delicate Hearts but can not get the J'Adore to even emboss evenly and cutting has only happened with one row.
I sent an email and got an automatic response saying they would respond within a certain timeline, which they did...and the resolve is that I use a manual machine (yes, I did use the metal shim).
I found their customer service to be timely.

I've now e-mail twice asking for an update on the status of my order and have not received a reply. Off to review their refund policy/dispute the charges.
I ordered some arcylic blocks from them and received opposite amounts of what I ordered, so I contacted them. When I didn't get a response for several days I opened a paypal dispute and they responded to it right away. I am still waiting for my correct blocks and will leave the dispute open until I receive them. Processing the order and Shipping takes a LONG time! I likely won't order from them again.
I finally received a shipping notice 13 days after my order was placed. My items are due to arrive 20 days after I ordered them, and I never received a reply to my two emails asking for an order status update. I definitely will not order from them again.
There are other places to order their product (which I do like except I have a Cuttlebug rather than an electric machine so one die is not working for me) so you aren't tied to directly ordering from them!
The product is worth buying some place else in my opinion.
I ordered from Officesupply.com which is slow delivery after being spoiled from having Amazon Prime but the price was cheaper for the dies I purchased...it was 3 weeks out for my delivery.
I don't have a LSS within 2 hours drive and even HL, M, or J's are 45-60 minutes drive...
