You should have seen the look on my husband's face...
I wish I had a picture of it!!
We had girl scouts here tonight to paint their birdhouses they nailed together last week. The leader came in with the paint, but no paint brushes. Luckily, less than a month ago, I bought a bag of FIFTY small foam brushes to use with mod podge and other stuff. I said, "Ooh! I've got some brushes!" And when I showed up with this bag of brushes, he looked like I had pulled them out of my ear (not the first word I thought of...) or something! It reminded me of somebody who posted recently who said that they all thought their demo was a genie or something, because she could make anything the needed materialize!
Anyway, I just had to share!
I know last year for X-mas we were decorating the tree and the angel wouldn't stay straight. He says to himself loud enough for me to hear "I need something like a popcicle stick" I turn around walk to the hall closet and pulled out a big bag full. He just started laughing and said I should have known.
Pulling stuff out of our ears is a great talent. One night, I had two customers show up at a scrapbooking class and they said they wanted to make cards instead of scrap. Poof! There were lovely cards for them to make while a few of us scrapped.

Way to go!!
I can't count the number of times my husband has used my crafting tools (hammer, pliers, etc) because he doesn't want to go all the way out to the garage for his own, LOL!
Oh and one day he asked if I had any adhesive....LOL! I said which kind would you like?
My husband actually asked the other day if it would be better for me to have a mechanics tool box for my "stuff" I replied only if mine is bigger than yours! :p
I can identify with that -- years ago when I was working and wore nice suits to work, I happened to have a little screwdriver in my pocket from something. A guy I worked with came in from the back of the office and wanted to know if I knew if we had a little screwdriver. So I pulled this one out of my pocket. I thought he was going to drop his drawers right there :>) :>)
So funny! I've come to the rescue of my DH with my E-6000 glue, put an extra hole in my DD's leather belt with my crop-a-dile, and my DD's have used more cardstock, stamps, ink, DSP, ribbon, and other embellishments on school projects than I care to count. Now my DD's boyfriend asks if I have stuff, lol.

Now THAT is funny....;)

I have to keep dibbs on my stamping stuff. My husband occasionally comes into my stamp room looking for something because he can't find his stuff. I've lost a few items into the black hole.
