Default WWYD? Cards for 12 year olds starring in school play?

The girl/boy twins I nannied for since birth are now 12 and each got starring roles in their school play. I'm going to see the play this weekend and am looking for suggestions on what kind of cards to make for them.

I don't know if they should say "congratulations" or what. The play is Brigadoon, which I know nothing about. If I figure out what it's about maybe I can get some inspiration.

I'm open to suggestions

Erin

OOOOOOOOO! How about "I knew you would be a star" - and use any star stamps/nesties/punches you have and personalize one of the stars.

And then the traditional - "break a leg" in case they have been schooled in the superstitions of the theater already. ;)

My first thought was with sentiments from a Verve set called Starlight Starbright seen here: http://www.shopverve.com/vv-7-008c.html You could computer generate the sentiment if you don't have it already, but I think 'Headed for Stardom' or 'Superstar...Yes, That's What You Are' would be fitting. Stamp or punch lots of stars and pop w/dimensionals...outline with glitter pen to make them sparkle, etc.

These ideas are good. I like the break a leg idea and the star ideas. I don't know if it would be overkill to search out a stamp with a broken leg lol.

I decided on the card for the girl...I have the shine on set from unity and made her a card with the lamps and the sentiment "you simply shine"

Just don't say "good luck". That's considered bad luck in the theater!

I got a card for my dd who starred in Wizard of Oz last summer that said, "You're a Star!" with a big yellow star on it with a purple background. She loved it! (I also gave her a flower) ;)
