My Hobby Lobby won't take any competitor's coupons. Even the stores that do (Michael's & Joanns) won't take competitor's coupons printed off the computer. But you can always try at your store.
Also, did you know that you can print off hobby lobby coupons from their website? Every other week they have the 40% off coupon and during the weeks they don't have that particular coupon, it's usually for a particular type of item. This week it's artists books.
My HL won't take them either. But my Michael's and Joann's will. You just have to wait until HL has a 40% coupon on their site. Remembering to take it off the printer is the hard part for me ;)

Hobby Lobby will not even accept 2 of their own coupons---if one is from the computer & one is from the newspaper...JoAnn's will accept one from the computer, one from their flyer & one from their newspaper ad. So if I have 2 Hobby Lobby coupons---one from the paper & one from the computer, I have to go out of the store, go back in, shop again & go to a different check-out line. At JoAnn's I can use all 3 coupons on 3 different items with one transaction.

That is good to know about Joann's, my joanns has very little scrapbooking or stamping stuff but still it is good to know in case I find several things at once...Missy

Hey I didn't know that about Jo-Ann's...and I didn't know they had online coupons...YAY!!!
The Michaels here will accept computer coupons I think...and I know for a fact that you can just say you want to use the coupon and didnt' get a newspaper, and they will make you sign a sheet there, and put your zip code down...and then you get the discount......so no coupon involved...
Just found this and thought I'd share something about the coupons... My Hobby Lobby has a varying policy, it depends the on the cashier. I was in one and tried to use two coupons on two separate transactions and wasn't allowed. Tried it again a couple of days ago, and the cashier said no problem. Great for me because it was really cold out and there was only one cashier at the time.
So I think the lesson to be learned... you never know, each cashier seems to do what they want (may have also been new and not known any better)
