Our anniv is on the 9th and vday is the 14th i have such a hard time making hubby a card...maybe because he has seen the work that i try to do and i want it to be perfect for his cards.. i dont have many sets that would apply to anniversary's does anyone suggest any SU sets? all my sets are the cute funny one's not serious ones....oh and are more for women..PLEASE HELP
I find masculine cards a bit difficult too, but last year I cased an idea from Paper Crafts mag, which was a pocket card, and I filled it with strips of paper with "top ten reasons I love you". I used a retired valentine set, and it was fairly sinple, but DH really loved it, and has kept it. I'll see if I can find the issue in my stash. Other ideas would be to use Loads of Love, or the elephant from Wild About You.
thanks .. i have that mag. but i lent it to my friend go figure right now i am using for the love of choc set for Vday and i went to a make and take and there was one card i made that had a love saying in it with hearts on the front i am going to use for anniv. but i am going to look into the sets you mentioned thanks so much i am going to post them in my gallery and blog when i get done with it feel free to comment on what you think of them for me....
For the Love of Chocolate is a great set to use. Perhaps you could also look at Artifacts... that clock in it would be great with a sentiment about love over time....
Hmmm you just gave me a idea..I ordered from orential trading a blank clock to stamp myself maybe i should put some family pictures on it and give that to him from me and the kids for ANNIV..you all are great oh and what is artifacts? not sure?

I tend to use more patterned papers for cards for my DH, and not so much stamps. Here are links to the cards I've made for him lately, just in case they help:
I love that idea! My husband is better with crafts/more creative than I am, so I struggle with making anything for him! This "ten reasons" idea is a great one, thanks for sharing!

I'm having a similar dilemna. After not dating for years, I need a card for a new "boyfriend" that is not too seriously mushy. I've got to have it for Friday and I don't have a clue.
