I don't have one right now because I lost it in the change over. I somehow also deleted the original from the hard drive. I haven't replaced it yet because I don't want one with me and bad hair! Luckily I'm going to get my hair done tomorrow, so I may have one then.
I finally jumped on the wagon! Thanks so much Britta! These are my wonderful kids. They love to have their picture taken...can ya tell? I also put our family picture in my profile if you wanna see DH & me.
Okay, I did it! It wasn't too hard either ;). I'm somewhat new here and I really do recognize posters by their avatar. Now I just need to learn how to get the smilies into my post!
I don't have one because I don't have a scanner or digital camera. That is the reason I don't have a gallery, also. I don't know how to down load pictures from elsewhere. I am pretty proud of me for being able to poke around SCS and not get lost. : )
Heehee! I couldn't find my old one on my computer, so here's a new one. This is my little boy at age two and a half. He's showing off his "stampin' hands" before his bath!!!

My gallery needs to be updated, but you can see some of my old stuff here!
Thanks! She's a "big sister" now. We're bringing a little boy yorkie, Simon, home in about 7 weeks! She's so cute we decided we needed more than one. haha
i went for the weirdo option not so much cause i think you all are weirdos, more that i'm just not comfy with my pic floating around in cyber space. no kids (wouldn't want their pics out there either though) and my dog died :( so that would make me sad to see all the time (and explain when people mentioned it). aside from that, i know how people relate avatars to the poster--and i really don't know what kind of "generic" image i would want people to associate me with.
i think everyone should have an avatar and then everyone can recognize me as the one who doesn't have one! lol
I voted for "I don't want a picture of me on-line for you weirdos to look at" because I don't like any pictures of me. I always say they make me look like Alice Cooper or Ozzy Osbourne. But the more I thought about it the more I felt guilty... I love seeing everyone's avitars. So I caved in (you may be sorry LOL) and since I'm more of an Alice fan than an Ozzy fan... This ought to go over big in the spooky ghost thread, eh?
For some reason I have 2 avatars. The original one thats in the gallery, and the new one thats in the forums! Wish I knew how to get the original one out and the new one in the gallery!
Had mine on once before, but then it went away (with the changes to the site I guess?). Anyway, here's me with my two princess monsters!!! I like to see everyone's avatars!! Thanks for inspiring us to post them! -Donna
Now I feel silly. I didn't know what an avatar was. I've tried to put one on but it keeps telling me error. So this is the test run to see if it worked.
Alright Britta, you 'guilted me' (how can I tell that you are a mom...LOL!) into actually trying something new with the computer. Thank you for the detailed instructions...I am so computer illiterate and have a big fear of somehow wrecking the computer and then have DH 'tsk, tsk' me...cannot wait to show him that I actually did something other than read emails and surf SCS!
Thanks for empowering me...Jeannie, the computer guru due to Britta
P.S. my avatar is my second son, Evan
