Who makes a stamp like this

I have seen a stamp that is a headless woman in work out wear, the headless part sounds bad but you know what I mean. I have seen it used for work out trackers and the like. Do you know who make it, I look at my favorite things and didn't see it there.

Could it be this? I'm not seeing it in the MFT store, but that probably means it is sold out right now. Cute set!

It's a new MFT Who's That Girl set that will be released on Jan. 4th at 10pm EST. You probably saw it as part of the VIP kit that is released two weeks early for one day only. It's called Let's Get Physical WTG. HTH!
